Applewood on the Park

I’ve been living in this building from the past 5 years.Every building has challenges, this break down, construction, etc but it all gets sorted out fast!I love this building and it’s my home!Kathy, Mira and Rob are amazing people and they are very dedicated to their jobs.They deserve a raise!!!Quad real please take care of your staff and they service us very well!Thank You!

I have lived here for 4 years and although there have been on going construction improvements to the building (roof, parking garage, elevators) my daughter and I LOVE living here. Kathy, Mira, and Rob are so attentive and friendly. Always a smile and a hello. My fellow residents are warm and welcoming, super friendly and supportive of each other. Very quiet building as well. No noise from other units and located in a very nice safe community neighbourhood. I am perfectly comfortable going out a night by myself. It is also a pet friendly building so lots of furry residents too! Close to everything, grocery store, shoppers drug mart, corner store and LCBO right across the street. Park and beautiful walking paths right behind the building. I will never move! I love this place and the people.

My father has lived there for 25 years. It is a well kept building in a fantastic area, close to everything.

Present manager and staff are the best we have had. Lived here for over 28 years. 5/5 stars

We just moved in at the beginning of March and so far I can't say enough about the managment team (Mira, Kathy and Rob). They have been very helpful, informative and attentive. My unit is clean, quiet and cozy. Another observation that we have is that the other tenants are very nice on a whole. We like the community feeling that the building excudes as well, we feel safe in the general neighbourhood. Thank you for the welcome package - such a nice touch! We look forward to many memorable moments in our new home!

We just moved in the Applewood on the park and completely satisfied with apartment and location! Wonderful manager Mira is kindly helping us with all our questions. Our apartment is light, clean, the neighbours are respecting quiet time frames. My son adore parks and playgrounds near the building. Also there are near library with kids room.

The welcome pack came in handy. I just wish the building had a mail room that's the only thing I feel it's missing.The unit is great, appliances are great. Everything is good or great over all.

I recently had maintenance fixing cracks on my ceiling living room, they did a great job, day 1 they applied plaster to the cracks and on day 2 they finished the job with a coat of fresh paint. Beautiful job, I'd also like to give high marks to our community office manager Kathy, she was on top of this and communicated with me promptly and professionally, Great living at A O T P

As I'm writing this, the elevators in the building are now completely down for the 5th or 6th time this month. Prior to that we had a string of weeks where the water would be shut off for about a day at a time. The buzzer code system is so outdated it can't call out-of-town numbers, so if you're moving here from somewhere else, make sure to get a new number, and even then it might not work. I got a 905 number and the system still can't call me so I just can't buzz people in. Terrible place to live.

We moved in June. We like the location. Opposite to the apartment is the independent grocers. For our 3 year old kid, there is the Applewood park with the playground. The house is also comfortable to live. There is a washer / dryer within our apt and the newly renovated kitchen is very good.
