Been a tire tech for 2 years now and I’ve never met more incompetent and shady people in my life brought a set of rims and brand new tires in and when I picked them up I asked if they replaced the valve stem?nope they charge extra. Did they bead sealed it? Nope they charge extra for that too. I made sure to clarify before the service that the rims have been sitting for a few years and they need to be cleaned but nope. I picked the tires up and I could hear one of them leaking. I ended up spending the rest of my day breaking the bead off with pry bars then cleaning and sealing it myself. Crazy to think I can do a better job with the improper tools than they can with the right ones. Never EVER come here.

I bought a new car and wanted to get aftermarket rims for it. I was looking to get them installed the same day. I went to this shop first and asked if they have white rims of the specific size and the guy said “no we dont, but i can order them and they’ll get delivered in a few days” i guess he owns the shop. But i told him that i’ll look at some other places if i could get them the same day instead of waiting a few days.Unfortunately none of the shops i visited had white rims in stock.So i came back to this shop and finally decided to order the rims because their prices seemed fair. But when i went back the same guy was just not interested in selling me the rims.He just kept looking on his computer for 20 mins. He didnt show me one single rim and just told me there are none available.Really? Are we customers that dumb to this guy?Very unprofessional and jealous kind of man who can not settle for the fact that every customer have a choice to look for the best option they can get according to their preference.IF you read the one star reviews on this page, you’ll notice these guys are good for nothing.I ended up getting the service done from FASTRAC TIRES. Very professional and nice service. They’ll even give you their opinion on whats best for you according to your budget.If there was an option for zero stars, i’d give this guy that. A no good sham.

I’ve always used Shams auto tire to change my summer/winter tires and do my oil change . They have quick and professional service. I bought my winter tires here as well, and didn’t feel like they were trying to upsell me. Highly recommend!
