Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car was a complete piece of garbage. HELLO THIS IS ALBERTA all season tires do not exist here... After - 7 you need winter tires. Stupid fools. Also brought the car back just under a full tank, and they are trying to charge me $35 to top up a 40l tank with $5 worth of gas like give me a break! I'll never ever use them again.....

My experience wasn’t so good. Long story short the engine in my vehicle blew, so I search the internet looking for a solution, and came upon enterprise. Keep in mind here I’m ill and everyday I need to be in Edmonton to take my meds. Why you must be asking, the answer is there are a lot of side effects to this medication. Now before I even had a chance he blurted out do you have a credit card? I said I’m sorry I don’t have one. Bang end of convo he hung up on me. Is there no other way to cannot rent a vehicle, I could have left. I have no family or I would love it if someone the man on the phone would

Went out of their way to get me a truck last minute and pick me up at Josephburgh airport. Didnt have time to do walk around at drop off and everything went fine with a follow up call from enterprise. Only complaint is that the truck was dirty inside and inside windshield was so dirty it was hard to see at night.

Brent was very professional and helpful. I wanted to change cars, however, at the time when I went to the branch no cars were available except trucks. Brent took my number and told me that he will call me if something becomes available. Earlier that week I was visiting Edmonton and went to a branch on Gateway couple times to get my car changed, but guys there kept stalling me and took my number couple times and said they will call me, however, they never bothered calling me. I told them even if something is not available just call and let me know. So based on my that experience at Gateway branch, I was not expecting a call from Brent either, but he called me and let me know that he had set aside a car for me and that I can come pick it up at my convenience that day. This is what is called great customer service! Enterprise almost lost a customer, but Brent saved it!

I would definitely recommend this to all due to the wonderful and amazing service I recieved from Charlie. He not only made me feel like a valued customer but he went above and beyond all my needs. He is amazing, caring, efficient, knowledgeable, and cordial. I have previously had an unpleasant experiences with enterprise and was unwilling to use them but after Charlie I am now a repeat customer. I have raved about his amazing service to all my friends and family and I would recommend him to anyone. Theres very few people that have the customer service and people skills at his level and I am pleased to have had the opportunity to interact with him. He is an amazing person, and will take care of all your needs. If you ever need a rental, Charlie is the guy to go to!

While my truck was getting repaired at the Fort Saskatchewan Carstar location I was given a rental from the Enterprise, located right in the body shop. The process was easy, friendly and supportive. I got my rental of choice and it was clean and new. I highly recommend Enterprise at this location and will be a returning customer if I ever need a rental in the future.

The assistant manage and another worker at Fort Sask office had no courtesy and customer service whatsoever. The worker put me on to him to rectify a problem and before hearing what I had to say he started laying out terms. I asked him if he heard what I had to ask before he started speaking and he replied sorry I didn't hear a word you said" I said "however you went on to speak before hearing my question?" I felt attacked by both of them on the 04/may/21 and I can assure them I won't be using this so call family company that advertise that they go the extra mile for their customer but can't even take a minute to make them feel validated... Rubbish!"

Last minute needed a vehicle and without a major credit card. They accepted Visa prepaid, held their deposit and went over and above to accommodate my need. I had reserved a rental online and as they didn't have that one available (Chevrolet Spark) I was given one a step above what I'd reserved for the same price. (Nissan Sentra) Phenomenal customer service. I highly recommend renting a car through this location.

I arrived no one was here for my appointment had to wait 20 min for a man to show up. They could not get my card to swipe that I use all the time so nothing wrong with the card they would not take my debit Visa and would not work around the card I had to borrow a friends car over the Christmas holiday because enterprise is the worst will never rent from them again

Insurance company told me to go there to pick up a rental, but the person refused to rent to me even though it had been pre-arranged. Then they kicked me out and I had to stand outside until a cab came. Rude and unprofessional.
