Remedy'sRx - Lansdowne Pharmacy Peterborough

Visited pharmacy just to see what they had available. I live close by and was curious. The staff there were very welcoming and informative. They offer everything a larger pharmacy would offer. They also informed me of their virtual doctors service, which I had never heard of but thought was a very convenient service. The next week my son took ill with a stomach infection. He couldn't get into our family doctor (as usual). I suggested using their virtual doctor instead of going to hospital. He did and was so pleased he did . Again, he said they had great customer service. They explain process very clearly to him. Took his vitals and notes about symptoms. Shortly after this he saw a virtual doctor, who went over everything with him and prescribed antibiotics straight away. The pharmacy then had his script ready within minutes. He was home, started his meds and resting all in one hour. He highly recommended this pharmacy and this virtual doctor system. I am doing review as he does not have a google log in. I am very happy I stopped by to check this new pharmacy out and look forward to using them again.

This pharmacy makes you feel welcomed, not like an interruption. My husband & I both received some of our CO-VID19 vaccines here. Ghada was very efficient & gentle in administering our shots. I truly appreciated that so much!Afterward, we decided to switch from our local pharmacy, which we had patronized for 20 years, to Lansdowne Pharmacy. Great decision! We're extremely pleased by the helpful & friendly service from Ghada & her staff. 5 stars, definitely!

Went to this pharmacy to purchase a specific item in their flyer which I showed them only to be told that they don't honor their own stores flyer.Wont shop there again knowing this

My new go to Pharmacy. Fantastic service that went above and beyond and handled everything I needed and even some I didn't know I needed. Beautiful Egyptian decor that made waiting very pleasant. I wish nothing but success for this pharmacy as the location is incredibly convenient!

At “Remedy's RX Pharmacy” are very kind personnel, who willingly put in the time to talk with you. They explain every aspect of your medications and give suggestions on other meds, which maybe of help to you. I'm so happy that I've found them! Thank you!

This pharmacy is clean, and service was very friendly, helpful and professional! Received my covid booster shot here and the process was seamless and quick.The pharmacist Dr. Ghada takes care of the patient and ensures their comfort. Any questions I had were fully answered by the pharmacist assistant L.K. It's great to have a pharmacy in this location that provides wonderful and great service.

I called this pharmacy looking to speak with a doctor for a prescription. We were welcomed with amazing staff who set us up to speak with a doctor. Within half an hour we spoke with a doctor and got a prescription. Hands down, best experience we’ve had. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Everyone was so nice and wanting to help. We felt like they cared and not wanting to brush us off like other pharmacies we’ve been to. I would rate this pharmacy 10/10!

Amazing service! The staff are very friendly, and the virtual clinic they have is great. Connecting me with a doctor and getting my medication in no time. The prescription was ready shortly after the virtual doctor saw me. Dr. Ghada explained everything and provided all the information needed. It is absolutely perfect.
