Unfortunately cant give negative stars, this store is not even worth for one star. They should consider who they hire specifically the guy named Ahmed. He doesn't know how to talk with customers and uses bad words and abuses people. The owner should fire him. Literally the worst employee I have ever seen.

Nice gas station. It also provide car wash service, including touch washing.

Called 25 minutes before close to ask if they had an ATM and the worker said he’s closing in 5 minutes so don’t go there. Absolutely ridiculous. You don’t close 25 minutes early.

Always one of the most expensive gas stations in Burlington. Horrible cashier, so rude, and can barely understand him, especially when he’s yelling at you through his little speaker.No tap option.Do not recommend.Also, shell, as a corporation, has got to be one of the worst O&G companies out there.Do not go to this gas station.

Went in for a carwash and price seemed steep for quality of wash. Left a lot of road grime behind, I expect a bit but it was excessive . Also the drying system could be much better. I use MJs clean in stoney creek and it's cheaper, does a much better job and is touchless.

Shell is by far the best gas station. The only other gas station that compares is Esso, so let’s compare. Shell has an awesome Airmiles Program for a points system and Esso just recently changed from the awful Aeroplan Points to Optimum Points system. Out of the 2 point systems, Shells is much better! Staff at the Guelph and Main-way Shell is much better than any Esso Station Employee’s, why? They are better because they are friendly, knowledgeable and they know their Point System and Sales going on unlike any other Gas Stations, I frequently purchase multiple drinks on sale and almost without fail if it’s not at the Shell on Guelph and Mainway they screw it up ultimately ripping you off, All Esso’s will almost always inaccurately price the products I purchase and I have to stand their showing them the Math to ensure I am getting what is advertised and this is quite annoying when you have several other customers behind you! I suppose there could be a decent Petro Canada out their, but, their points system is subpar, lack of locations and that just doesn’t cut it! Shell Gas Stations are the best , followed by Esso and then Petro Candy and finally Huskies. The no namers are garbage, if you think your saving money going their, you aren’t because they have few locations costing you money and time in gas, even worse point systems if they even have any compared to Husky’s Point System as well as a lack of products/sales. Hope that’s sums it up for you! I love Optimum Points but the best place to earn them is Shoppers and maybe if you shop at Fortino’s you can snag some more but not much! Shell is the only Gas station I will go to unless I can’t make it!

Clean gas station, came here for the ATM they have listed (and on the sign) but there is no BMO ATM here, should probably take the sign down and update Google as Google maps will bring you here for the atm service.

This review is not to rate the carwash like the rest of these reviews. Today (03/28/2019) I went into the store to pay for my gas as well as pick up snacks for the evening. The young man who was working behind the cash desk took it upon himself to snap a photo of me. How do I know you may ask? Well I moved out of his way to the other side of the store and his camera followed. This is disgusting and highly inappropriate on so many levels. I left that station feeling gross in my own skin. Leaving a gas station I felt like this! Can you believe that? Whoever owns this location should maybe re-consider who they hire. O and to save yourself from more bad reviews you should consider firing this young man. Otherwise ladies and gentlemen if you don't feel like having your photo taken today don't entertain the idea of going to this station.
