Dollarama

The staff is really rude. They just stares and wish when customers will leave from the store. Not at all welcoming atmosphere. I do not like the way staff approaches the customer. Yes you might be late over there and it is understandable that they wanted to go home at sharp 9 pm. But rather then giving an attitude to customer while they are checking out from self checkout staff can be more helpful and approch a nice way towards customer. One employee was so disrespectful that while i was just leaving the store she loudly said,” oh mu gosh finally she left” that is very very disrespectful. And i can certainly say that I left from the store at sharp 9 pm as i can too understand that shifts are tiring and they need to go home too.Very rude and unpleasant experience.

Staff are friendly. The store is on the smaller side, so it is easier to find what you are looking for.

Love this store for just about everything, great selection, products, prices, and quality. Service staff are always very friendly and courteous. Store is always clean and well stocked. I especially love this store on Holidays and special occasions because they always have exactly what you need to make your special days extra special. Lots of parking right up to the front door. So come on in and give it a try. Thank you so very much Dollarama for many years of excellent service and especially on the special days of our lives.

Poor customer service. A couple of staff were friendly, the one woman I encountered was rude and arrogant. When I asked what aisle something was, she told me what aisle, but instead of offering to help me (the customer) search for my item, she told me that's where they keep the item I was searching for when I told her I was just in that aisle.

It's my go-to place for when I want to get somethingOnly thing, it needs better stocks, there's some things I find at dollar tree, that I don't find at dollarama

It is no longer a $1:00 store!! What used to be one dollar is three times or more the price . It's a total rip off..and the profits this company makes is outrageous.

one of the worst dollaroma ever visited. went with family to buy essentials.2 employees walk behind and ask rudely my kid did u put it in floor as the flip-flop was adult size somebody put in floor as it is overfilled shelf. and walk behind us as we r trying to do something bad. spoiled our shopping fun. Worst
