In the deaf culture centre. Very limited seating. No Wi-Fi. Enjoyed a passionfruit oolong tea.

So I live across the street and go here regularly. They often lock the doors 45 minutes early to shut down — Yesterday they were closed at 9:15pm, but the hours state on their door that they’re open until 10pm. Hilariously, you could see the girl working there was doing her makeup, using her phone as a mirror. I even tried both doors, the one on the front and back side. This has happened probably 3-4 times, and it seems like there is some new young person working there every two to three weeks.Sometimes, the drinks are inconsistent. Often times I’m eating large ice chunks in my smoothies, but other times its perfect.I’ll keep going here but if they say they’re open from 12pm-10pm, I think it’s probably better to pretend they’re actually open from 1:30pm - 8:30pm. Wish management would recognize this issue by looking at the lack of sales in the final hours.

Staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. Tea was okay, wished there was more variety of Boba. Macaroons were okay.

Such a cute location in the Distillery District.I had the Black Sugar Milk Tea. It was above average. The tapioca balls were perfect amount of chew. And the taste of the caramel was yumm.I was also excited for the new soft icecream flavors, because it’s rare to get anything other than vanilla and chocolate. The quantity is small, but that’s great in my opinion because I hate getting stuffed on a huge icecream scoop. I tried the strawberry which was delicious. Looking forward to trying mango and pistachio.

They wouldn’t serve the fruit tea with dairy free milk (soy milk) under any circumstances, only with powder milk. This is not very inclusive of people with dietary restrictions, so many cafes now serve their drinks with soy milk to accommodate that but not this place, quite unfortunate cuz I love the bubble teas at this place!

They support deaf community. Drinks are nice, and the staff is very friendly. I like their teas much better than other bubble tea stores. The extended hours accommodate patrons who are in distillery later. Prices are very competitive.

Although I ordered my teas to go, it was a nice, big, bright, modern multi use space. There's a space to hang out and drink your tea, shop a diversity of items and there was a dead culture area. The teas were unique. I liked the toppings available, like the foam. I had a chai tea with chocolate foam- wow! Life changing.I also took 2 kids who ordered and loved their drink.

I like the fact that it supports deaf community. The dessert is surprisingly soooooo delicious! I tried a Filipino cookie not knowing what to expect and it’s very yummy! The Social Blend earl grey macaroon is good too and very pretty! I could do less sugar level boba drink just fine not sure why there were comments not able to (they can do less ice and less sugar as you want.)

Located in a nice area. They have different flavours when compared to other bubble tea chains. I liked the matcha milk tea. My friend got the black sesame with soy milk. They have alternative dairy options like soy milk for certain beverages. That's nice. Pretty tasty. Big space inside but not opened for sitting inside. Should have more seats outside.

Edit:Management responded to this review stating that it was due to weather. I find it very disrespectful to lie on Google Reviews. The days that I have visited the store to find this sign have not been days with bad weather conditions. It would be great if management updates their hours published instead of disappointing clients.Call before coming!!! It’s the second night in a row that I drive here from a distant place for them to have this sign that they aren’t open “today”… at least add the dates there so that your customers know when not to show up. “Today” is everyday …
