One of the worst businesses to try to work with in the region! Staff are ill-trained, customer service is non-existent, products are not in stock and work is not completed on time. Save money and save pulling your hair out - go somewhere else or order from an online service.

Totally agree with the last reviewer. Both people I spoke with in the store obviously couldn’t really give a rat’s —- about customer service. Questions are more of an inconvenience. Also if you’re going to hire people to work a store where you engrave nameplates and make custom ones, it might be a great idea to hire people who know how to use a ruler... or at least train them on how to understand simple measurements.

Staff was very friendly. Engraved work was done exactly as i was expecting it. I had a request after the work was done and they did it for me for free! Definitely would recommend this place and would go therr again.

Really disappointed. The manager Samantha was very rude and unprofessional. She did not do the engraving the way i had told her and then instead of fixing it she starting yelling. You pay a lot but get cheap stuff. I contacted the district manager about Samantha and she said she has gotten many complaints about her. Don't go to this store, their material is low quality.

All the poor ratings here are true. Called in today, lady asked if she could put me on hold, did...and never came back! Waited for 20 minutes. Attitude and first impressions are important, and in this case she delivered a very poor experience.

Believe me when I say that doing business at this location is NOT worth the trouble... Go anywhere else, find any other gift. It’s just not worth the time and stress. The 1 star is for the first clerk I dealt with because she was genuinely a nice girl, I just wish she had known more about which fonts would work best for the item I had chosen. Probably not even her fault based on my experience below with management !I will say before telling my account, that I have worked in customer service and retail for YEARS and know the challenges. I try to be especially polite to clerks around he holidays because their jobs are NOT easy. That being said, this aggravation was next level... Before the holidays I purchased and ornament and decided with the advice of the clerk on which font for the engraving. I asked for her advice. She was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. She asks when I would like to pick up, I say after 4pm the next day. No problem! She said they could even get it done in an hour if I wanted to wait around but I did not. Next day I realize I have an appointment after work and have to pick up sooner. I called as soon as they opened and asked if there was any way they could have it done sooner. I received a very hostile response about how they are so swamped and can’t just push mine ahead of so many others and on and on... Wow! I was simply asking, did not expect that type of response. She said she’d call me if they could, but of course she never did. I push back my appointment and head to the mall to collect the ornament. Upon receiving the ornament I am completely confused by the engraving... it is literally crooked, off-center and with an unusually long space between the 3 words, with the year off center underneath the first line. I pointed it out to the clerk and she agreed it looked funny and offered to have it re-done. I said I was in a hurry and she said no problem it can be ready in 20minutes (wow know knew it could be so fast!....). Next i get a long explanation about why that font doesn’t work for that ornament and the words I have... ok great, this knowledge would have been great to know 24hrs ago. So she finds me a better font, I express I really don’t care which font, and that I had originally asked for best one for this ornament. I go out into the mall to wait and receive a phone call saying she didn’t realize I had already had the ornament re-engraved and could not do it a second time... umm wait what?! The day before was the first time I had even stepped foot in that store location in my life! We proceeded to have a heated argument for 15 minutes during which I had to convince her this was my first re-engraving... it was BEYOND aggravating. She kept saying “Well my district manager says...” Well I’m sorry but this lady I have never met is wrong, I couldn’t believe the conversation we were having and the time we were wasting. Finally she leaves the phone and comes back saying her district manager had me confused with someone else.... No kidding! Truly so rude how that was handled. With the delay of that ridiculous conversation the whole ordeal ended up taking 40 minutes and I completely missed my appointment. When I finally get the new ornament, the engraving is fine, I ask if that’s all I need, clerk says yes with a nasty look and I am on my way. I live out of town, so I am almost home when I realize she didn’t give me the dumb velvet bag I purchased to go with it... What a nightmare. I call, now completely frustrated, and there are no other stores nearby so I end up having to go to Michaels in an attempt to get a cute bag and keep this gift special. I ask them to make a note on my account because I will be back for a refund of the bag and to please not confuse me for someone else. I got that refund yesterday and am officially done with this location. So to summarize, IT’S NOT WORTH IT. Go anywhere else, drive to the Hamilton or London locations, go to a local jewelry store, please save yourself the time and stress!
