Abbey Platinum Master Built
When we were on the search for someone to build our new home (5 years ago) we talked to many different builders. Abbey had very friendly people that wanted to help, made us feel important and we're very accommodating to changes we wanted to make. They were also the best value for certain options we wanted to add (covered rear deck, walkout basement etc) The home was built on time and done very well. We have had almost no warranty claims and even 5 years of the home settling, there is no cracks, screw pops etc. Would highly recommend.

This place is a joke bad communication from Scott they hire people say they have a job and then bring on someone else and leave you hanging wouldn't recommend them to anyone if you want your house built go to landmark or laebon trust me don't go thru these guys there a joke!!!!!!

We bought a show home from Abbey Platinum and it was a great experience. The staff was helpful, informative and kind through the buying process. On the possession date, the service manager walked us through the house thoroughly. We had one small issue with the dryer, Abbey and their contractors were very responsive and quick to fix the issue. The townhouse itself is great quality, very modern, open and bright. Although it's a townhouse, we haven't heard a sound through the wall from the neighbours. They are solidly build homes. Overall, I would highly recommend Abbey.

I used Abbey to build for the first time and the experience was okay but I will definitely use another builder next time. After the house was finished it became very difficult for them to do any warranty work and they treated me as if I was an idiot and didn't know anything. There has been one major issue that Abbey refuses to fix and they continually say it is my fault and there is nothing I can do about it because New Home Warranty does not cover it. Very frustrated!

I have had the pleasure of working with many builders in BC and AB but when it comes to genuine care about the clients best interests, Abbey remains unmatched. Their staff are sincere and caring.
