If you are in their boundary area for monitoring this is the alarm company to have. Until I moved out of their monitoring area we had their service and monitoring for 20 plus years. The alarm monitoring company we had previously to them was nothing but constant problems with double billing etc, I was only on the phone to them.Midas Alarms is a 5 star.

This company is AMAZING. John is really helpful, kind, nice guy. He helped me to resolve my quite complicated, screwed situation sincerely, explained everything with kind heart. The BEST customer service I've ever received. It was very stressful situation, I cried even after resolved, under that stressful time, his kind help meant a lot to me. Really impressed. Highly recommend!!!
