In Toronto for a couple days and my coach from Ottawa recommended action and reaction. Managed to get in for the 7am class with Kevin and had a great time. Really nice and clean facility, everyone was really welcoming and the instruction was great. This is where I’ll be training when I’m in town in the future. Would recommend to anyone.

Great place for BJJ. All instructors are very knowlegeable and staff is very friendly. I highly recommend if you want to get into the world of Jiu Jitsu!

Professional and caring people. Kiril- super kind/ helpful in welcoming me. Instructor Oliver- knowledge and cool. And was able to learn a lot/ work with Paul in my trial version. Recommend for sure. Good workout/ technical and nice people

Action Reaction is an amazing gym. Professor Fernando has built a great culture and this shows in his coaches and students. This gym builds champions, not just champions in the sport but champions in life. I have never met such great people anywhere else but this gym, no judgement, no ego, no attitude, just people helping other people learn and improve on their jiu jutsu, judo, boxing, MMA and whatever else they offer. Highly recommended for those that are hesitating in trying something new.

I've been training at Action & Reaction for almost 3 years. The first time I walked in, the environment was friendly. This gym is amazing! Professor Fernando has many years experience in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is very patient and friendly. They have many great classes in martial arts with great coaches who are knowledgeable and patient.
