Difficult to leave any kind of positive feedback now a days. But I have to say, I am very happy with my new purchase. Must of walked in and out of three or four different dealerships, until I found Lecos Auto on Dufferin street. The service was outstanding. Alex and Maya where a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable in answering any questions I had and patient getting me into the car I wanted. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good vehicle.Thanks again guys....Love the car.

I bought a car from Alex last month. The service was incredible, he helped me every step of the way and made sure that I was involved in the whole process with full transparency.Pros:- Clean cars with low mileage- No hidden fees (unlike most car dealerships I have been to)- Fast & reliable service- Quick financing approval- Great location (Central, easy to find, right off the main road)Cons:- There is really only one, but it technically doesn't count. There was not really any room for negotiation, but this did not really matter because the price listed is the actual price. The last car I bought, the dealer charged an Admin Fee, Dealer Fee, & a Safety + Certification Fee. I ended up spending $2,200 more. At least at Lecos this did not happen so I was very happy to pay the asking price on the car.

Alex was great, no pressure environment, he did everything he said he was doing. I bought the car sight on seen, he described the car to me then explained the history of the car,then walked me through the buying steps...easy. I will definitely recommend him and be back myself..

My 5 star review is unique one, as I haven't yet done business with Lecos Auto, but I was so impressed with Dennis' customer service that I wanted to make sure it doesn't go unnoticed. For context, I had never met him before and just found Lecos Auto via a Google search.We had agreed that he consignment-sell my car while I looked into upgrading to something new. Unfortunately due to some technicalities with my current car's finance company, we were unable to move forward with him selling my vehicle.Even though Dennis wasn't getting my business (at this particular time), he still went out of his way to help me, even offering me advice on some of the processes that he was officially no longer part of.I really appreciated how accommodating he was, as well as how helpful he was even though he didn't have to be.I'll highly recommend anyone I know to work with Dennis and his team. In an industry that can be fraught with people who aren't entirely trustworthy, it's good to know folks like him are still out there.

It's really hard to find trust worthy sales people nowadays. Alex went above and beyond my expectations with this deal. He was very honest and friendly. Deal was done over the phone so I was skeptical about the vehicle at first. Alex was helpful throughout the whole process and even to send me videos and inspection documents to ensure the vehicle was in great mechanical condition. Alex worked hard to get me a great deal on a 2011 BMW 328. The vehicle was in beautiful condition upon picking it up. Would recommend Leco's to anyone in search of a luxury vehicle!

I worked with Alex to get my car.Couple things I like working with him.1. He knows cars well and he knows the market. So his lots are full of good cars (aka the cars that are in high demand).2. He is smart cuz he puts your interests first.3. He is a man of his words.

Although there are a few positive reviews for this used car outfit; that I have no doubt are legitimate, I thought it would be helpful to provide my recent experience in order to help others.I contacted Alex at Lecos Auto Sales about an older 'as is' BMW 750Li with fairly high mileage that I found they had on consignment for a 'friend'. I requested that the car be safety inspected before proceeding with an offer. Alex suggested their mechanic. After more than a week delay due to the mechanic being busy I suggested taking it to someone closer to me. After I arranged this, and driving about 4 hours there and back; and a couple hundred dollars later, the car failed the safety with an estimate of about $3,500. It also had a flat going there and I had to pay to have a second set of tires installed in order to get back.At that point Alex suggested his mechanic again since he didn't believe their estimate. I agreed for them to do the inspection again. Again after a few more days delay Alex texted me back the rough estimate for about $600 for repairs and the safety inspection. He also followed up with a phone call late Thursday night confirming a couple points and mentioned we'll talk again.I followed up Monday with an offer based on the mechanics estimate I agreed to have done, only to be told by Alex that he had sold it on Saturday and he would be following up for me to pay for the damaged tire! There was no attempt to get hold of me, even though I was the one that requested the inspection and had spend a couple hundred dollars already on the first failed inspection.Obviously, I'm not happy with how I was treated and all I can say is buyer beware! I fully intend to contact the BBB and the Used Car Dealer Association.(To be clear, the main point is that I had a verbal agreement to purchase the car subject to an inspection. At no time did I say that I wasn't going to purchase the car, however the car was sold to someone else breaking this verbal agreement. At minimum this is unethical. Note, at no time did they ask that this intention to purchase he put in writing, leading me to assume now that they wanted to keep their options open.)
