The couple who works there we're very kind and welcoming, it sort of felt like a family environment. They were very helpful - I wanted a picture my girlfriend Drew put on a t-shirt as a gift for her. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful. I also had a last-minute request that they were able to accommodate which I appreciated. The T-shirt turned out terrific I would highly recommend going to this establishment, the quality is outstanding, I'm very pleased, and if I ever need anything else like what I got from them they are going to be the first people I think of; solely based on the quality that they deliver and the kindness of the owners.

If you can go elsewhere, please do!! I sent over my graphics, after being asked for a vector file, I sent each type. Then after a week of back and forth, asking when it would be done, and offering to help in any way by sending alternate files, they asked me to send the same files again!I let them know from the beginning that time was of the essence, and now with two days before needing the graphics, I'm left scrambling.Luckily SpeedPro is going to come through.

Thank you Iain for the great service and amazing product. I get compliments every time I give a shirt away. Your advice on the Bella shirts was dead on. The girls love the material and fit. I'm going to get the V neck on the next order.

Staff were super nice and was please that my order was finished so quickly to have it by Christmas but was disappointed that my order was not exactly the way I asked for it to be done (a word that was supposed to be all capitalized on the shirt was not)Although I didn't mention it to the company and give them a chance to fix it, because I wouldn't have had time to get it fixed if I wanted to send it out by Christmas I feel it shouldnt of been a mistake in the first place for the price I paid and the simplicity of the order. Oh well lesson learned will try another place next time.

The staff was very friendly. They got my item done quickly as it was a Christmas gift. They were quick to send a proof of the work to be done and when I picked up my item it was perfect. I would 1000% refer them to anyone who is looking for custom items. I will be going back for more work done.

They were very nice and honest! Came in because I needed a last minute shirt done and they finished it within an hour! Reasonably priced as well. They made the smallest smudge on the shirt I brought in but they took care of it and gave me another shirt! I couldn’t have really cared about the smudge but then going the extra mile to make sure the shirt was perfect is something else! Definitely would recommend! :)

Don't look any further if you're needing stellar shirt pressing, booth display backdrops, banners & tablecloths. Ian & Carolyn are very very engaged and always ensure a great customer experience. Sadly, something very lacking with other retailers....

The gentlemen at instant imprints were extremely nice and gave us great service! They helped us make our Dad's birthday gift one to remember. We got a poster printed and it was done in a very short time and it looks incredible! We will for sure go come back again.

Great service.Phoned them on Easter Sunday, which the surprisingly answered. I requested a custom logo printed on 7 shirts by Wednesday evening. They said to email the design which I did shortly after. Monday morning they replied confirming details. Monday late afternoon they sent the invoice. I paid and plan to pick up the shirts in a couple days.

I had lined up to using another printing service but they stopped responding after I had made an order. I contacted Instant Imprints stressed out and they were able to write up a quote for me right away. I dropped off my clothing two days later and they had it ready overnight. Overall extremely impressed and would use them again.
