I have been with H&R Block since 2006 and every year, without fail, I know which papers to bring and what timeframes to do my part within. H&R Block knows what they're doing and I get my tax done with M.B. my tax guru there at H&R Block. I won't change a thing. Excellent every time. I think any of the poor reviews here really speak of the reviewer's inability to see their own errors that contributed to their unfortunate experience. It takes two to tango and if you don't have your act together, H&R Block cannot do it for you. Cheers!

My husband and I had to see three different tax specialist" at this location because they kept making mistakes. We were told very different things by each staff member and huge mistakes were made at each step. They managed to report that we had been married for three years longer than what we have been and now we have to sort out everything ourselves since the CRA believes we owe them hundreds of dollars. We were told that if we happened to encounter problems with the returns they would fix them. This has not happened and when we've called (both this location and H&R Blocks customer service line) we are lucky to even talk to someone

Hexar Garcia who does corporate returns at the 2288 Princess street Kingston location and has now re-located to Gananoque East of Kingston had my files for 3 months and did nothing with them except lose several of my invoice books and receipts. We communicated by email and most of my emails he ignored. I keep all business emails. The last email i sent i said, It's obvious you don't want to do my taxes

I highly recommend getting your taxes done by Gerda! She is personable, professional, fun, and has a great sense of humour that will get you laughing non stop whether u get money back or not she makes your experience at H&R block a memorable one that you can't wait to do it all over again with Gerda!

Never Recommended!!Highly disappointed with the service.Thought they will make the tax filling easy, but it wasn’t. The never helped to change the address, never asked for bank details.I will consider this as a spam as i paid 100$.New students and people please stay away from this place.

Patrina is incredible! I am recommending her to everyone. She deserves all of the praise and recognition from HR Block. She made me feel very comfortable and even squeezed me in in-between appointments. Seriously, she is amazing.
