Renting one of these scooters was a game changer for my recovery, I only wish I'd done it sooner! Really easy to navigate a small apartment with the standard version, but wasn't awesome outdoors (guessing the all-terrain would be a much smoother ride) The company was initially slow to respond to questions, but it was easy to order online, it arrived within the expected 2 days, easy to extend the rental and easy to return when I was finished, so pretty happy in that regard!

Ruptured my achilles, so I ordered a knee scooter so that I could coach during an upcoming tournament.Delivery was far later than posted on their website, and had to coach while on crutches for the weekend.

Knee walkers was the best thing to stumble upon after my foot surgery when I was non weight bearing for over 4 weeks. The all terrain knee walker allowed me to continue to be outside, picking up my vegetables and doing my regular chores. I found the knee walker a better fit for me than crutches. I am a 65 year old woman, fairly fit, but was always hesitant on crutches, I felt very secure with the allterrain knee walker. I would recommend this to anyone. The delivery and pick up service was over and above. Thank you kneewalker! LS in Vancouver.

Extremely poor customer service. I rented a knee walker and I wanted to return it as it doesn't work too well for me. I sent the walker back and was rejected by them. I wrote them many emails and were never got replied. I called their phone numbers many times and was never able to leave a message as their voice mail box is always full. I simply wondered what happened to their business and don't know how to deal with the idled product yet....

Ordered a knee Walker two weeks ago after I fractured my ankle, initially I got charged three times with only one receipt/email of my order.Tried to contact customer services multiple times, but like the previous review, the mail box is full.Have no idea if or when the knee Walker is coming, no tracking details are provided in the order.
