Priceless Car Rental- Vancouver International Airport offsite

5 stars. Really good service, very fast, amazing price. I was I impressed with the costumer service they had.

We booked through Expedia, and had no issues with the customer service through Priceless. Expedia did not advise of properly of the credit card hold policy for the rental, but that is not their fault. Price was excellent, good quality of car, staff was very friendly and accommodating!

This car rental compay is a good one. Their customer service was top notch. They were fast and friendly. Their free shuttle to and from the airport was fast and easy. They were great with all of our questions too. A final plus is that they have WhatsApp, which is useful since we were traveling from the USA to Canada.

We visited Vancouver for 3 weeks and we rented a white Toyota SUV from this place. One of the best car experiences of our life! First they gave us a free upgrade! Then they drive us to the airport! Everybody is so so friendly and I was so grateful for their service. Hopefully they give us the deposit back, lollllll but until now everything has been perfect

My experience was bitersweet. One one side my flight was delayed by 3-4 hours but was still able to keep my reservation. Wasn’t aware that they offered airport pickup and was glad that someone was coming to pick me. Dikshant picked me from the aiport and was very well with the communication and cared of me as he knew me from years. In the cold told me to stay in till he was out which was very thoughtful of him. And the bad part begins when I reach the office. When I had booked the car I was offered a car which was dodge charger gt but when I reach the office and sign the papers I see that the car I was getting was a cheap sedan. My trip was of two weeks and had to attend events with the car that would have kept up for the events. But I was disappointed and asked the staff to do something about it. The only offer I was getting was that they would give me another cheap SUV when I wanted a sedan. In the end they put me in a cheap sedan because of which I had to rent another car on the days I had to attend the events as the car I was given was embarrassing. Another thing I realized after a few days was that the car needed service and the maintanence sign was ON in the car after the third day. Considering how inconsiderate the team was in the office I didn’t even feel like asking then once. I would ask to take off ads that are misleading and provide service that you had offered.

Excellent service and friendly staff! We got a brand new car and best price compared with all other companies that we had shop around. Easy check in and out - I would highly recommend this rental company and would be back for sure next time:)

Booked through Expedia, took the a shuttle from the airport. Everyone was friendly and helpful, car was great. Upon returning the car they even shuttled me to the closest train station since I was taking a train instead of heading to the airport. Will definitely rent from them on my next venture to Vancouver.

I saved over $100 on my car rental for the week. Had to take a cab to the location in order to get there before they closed but in the middle of the day I could have taken the train and walked from Bridgeport Station which is a 5-min walk.The sign is small so you really have to look for it.The car worked fine, slight squeal in the brakes but no problems otherwise.

Had a great experience with them. Stock in Denver on the way to Vancouver for 1 day and missed my reservation. On the next day they gave me even better car. Picked up and dropped off at the airport. Great price and good service!

its located like 5miles from airport, which means u have to take a train to arrive at the stop and then make a call and wait for them to pick you up to the counter where you spend another 30mins to 45mins for them to bring you a car of there choice, not what you reserved. They gave me an old 60K mile run highlander, barely maintained vehicle. Overall if you want a cheap car rental, go for it, but you end up paying the same as other reliable rental services via your time to travel and an older car.As an after note i get that its a start up, so some hiccoughs expected, but i still hold them to improve there communication (on line/on phone) and service. Vancouver is an international city where customers expect high level transparent service.They genuinely tried to correct for there short comings later.
