Worst customer service ever. I bought a bottle of pills, the seal for protection was still on it and they claimed that couldnt return it because it was missing a second piece of plastic that didnt exist.

Went today to buy l arginine and vegegreens, was a great buy good costumer services she was very awesome a nice to talk to she was very knowledgable and gave us great tips, Best costumer services I had with someone from supplement store haha! Hope to visit back again, next time. From Halifax.

Really exceptional customer service. The cashier went above and beyond helping me pick the best product for my needs and took the time to explain how best to use it and when. He was very personable and friendly. Very happy with the selection of products at this store as well as the layout. Pricing was reasonable.

The cashier (Sia) at nutrition house in St. Laurent mall has a very poor customer service skills. He sold me an almost expired products and later when I realized that it had a best before date of July 29 I went back to exchange, he argued that it’s not yet expired and that I still have till the end of the month to use it (making fun of it along with his friend beside him) they were making condescending remarks in front of me as if I was the one at fault and he also said that they will be fine past the expiry date when it’s a three month supply of pills (vitamins). He did not He is very dishonest and not telling the customer is unethical and to make a joke of it is very unprofessional. I will never shop there again and I will pass my experience on to all my friends and family.OT.

I love shopping from here! They have a great inventory and the staff is always very friendly, knowledge and happy to help!
