HORRIBLE doctors office, they over book clients and only have one doctor at a time when they have 20+ people in the waiting room, it’s very dirty and unsanitary the receptions walk around in flip flops and no air conditioning.

I’ve never been so happy with both the care and service of this practice. Dr Zaidi is one of the most attentive doctors I have experienced. Diagnosing issues and giving advice to avoid reoccurring problems, whist being incredibly thorough with any of my health, insuring and ruling out any other possibilities, that could be causing the upset to my health.I couldn’t recommend this doctors office enough.

I wish I could give this place a zero. Dr. Zaidi is the WORST doctor ever. I came in having breathing difficulties, chest discomfort, a terrible cough with tons of mucus. He told me that I was in pristine condition" even after me telling him it felt like I was drowning in my lungs. My boyfriend and I had to beg him to give me a referral for a chest x-ray. He said he would mark it as urgent so that I would get the results same day. I went fir my x-ray and then waited hours and no call from him. I called the clinic and the receptionist rudely said it would take 3 days to get the results even though Dr. Zaidi said same day. My boyfriend called the x-ray clinic and they had already sent my results back to the doctor. So he called the doctor on my behalf again and they lied and said they still didn't have it until he demanded that they give the results. The doctor called me a few minutes later and the chest x-ray confirms I have bacterial pneumonia!!! How does a doctor say that I'm in pristine condition when I actually have pneumonia?! He is so rude and dismissive. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this clinic!"

I’ll update my review once I see how the prescription goes, but as far as service is concerned, it was very quick. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and I was seen within 15 min. Not bad at all. The doctor was quick and to the point as well, overall good walk-in experience

Dr. Zaidi is the worst doctor I have ever met. He is very dismissive and rude. You have to always beg him for what you want. All he wants is your money because he has no bedside manners and wants to rush the conversation to go to a next patient. He does not listen. If Doctor Zaidi is on duty find another clinic you will be better off.

Stay away the rooms are so dark I can't believe the doctors can see anything. Mask rules are not enforceed and even the reception doesn't put on a mask. The wait times are a joke. Waited just shy of 2hrs on my second visit then walked out and went to ucc 5 min away and got In to a room in 5 min. Not sure why I tried someplace new.Also it was dirty. Far better options out there.

Great doctor Asekomhe and team are supportive. Doctor understands patients. Waiting time is 1hr

Visit Dr.Zaidi only if you have urgent care/prescription fill needed.I do NOT recommend him for family physician or if you have some serious chronic illness. He try to minimizes every single problem . I am thinking of reporting a formal complain to college of surgeon and physician.

Most of the time the main receptionist is quite rude. There are long waits, and the worst processes. They literally disregard refill requests from the pharmacists with no communication or anything so you’re there thinking shoppers is ignoring your medication refill but it’s the clinic that literally ignores it and doesn’t communicate with the pharmacy or the client as to the status. They do bare minimum at this clinic, it’s kind of a wonder as to how they are still running and functioning. Though, the doctors themselves are wonderful when you actually get in and see them. Quick but good. It’s just in a convenient location. Doctors, 9/10 but the clinic procedures and other staff 2/10.

Worse Clinic i ever had. Receptionist keeps inserting patient. They dont follow appointment time! They change my apptment 3 tumes. And said i have to come earlier. I did. Wait more than 2 hours keep saying i am next! If your family doctor recommend you here! Say NOOOO!
