An arcane system of communication with the firm, getting to one’s account, accessing self serve, and sideral billing. They seem to be a slipslop maid to Telus. They even tempt you to move to the main office!

Lawrence was super helpful and genuinely kind. He sets a very high standard for customer service and I was very happy with the support I received.

Horrible mobile service provider. They are scamming the public.They begin charging a customer immediately upon an agreement (phone solicitation) with a new perspective client as soon as you say yes you are willing to switch to Koodo even though Koodo hasn't begun to provide cellular service to the customer. It took 10 days to receive a sim card and they charge you (their standard policy) for those 10 days or however long it takes to get their sim card.They have a reverse default system on roaming charges unlike all other cell providers. When you sign up to Koodo you must go and tell them you don't want easy roaming as an add-on. I had my phone selected to no roaming and left the country only to return to a massive roaming charge even though my data was selected to No Roaming on my phone. Apparently if your phone gets a sms or call while on another foreign network and you have not deselected easy roam with Koodo they will charge you the daily roaming fee. All other companies including their parent Telus you must go and select yes to Easy roaming.This company is a huge scam for offering low monthly charges and then screwing it's customers with additional charges any way they can. Just read complaints with the BBB in Canada on them.Stay away, pay more if you have to!

I had a bit of a problem switching from a shared account to my own account. Lawrence helped me a lot in maneuvering my options in the best Koodo/Telus deals to save money on my plan, all while helping multiple customers. I received the same level of service from him a few times and I was very satisfied with it.Note: Writing this review was my own idea and I was not offered anything in return for it.

Lawrence went above and beyond to help me with my issues. He made a genuine effort to help me and didn’t give up when things got difficult. I left the shop really happy.

No problem buying. But terrible contact method. Self serve incredibly hard to get, if at all. Avoid Broadway branch (although very nice staff): no phone connection!!!!!Lousy Tellus subbranch. Medieval uselessly arcane system.

I had the best experience with Amen at the Pacific Centre Koodo! She helped me pick out the best phone and plan for my needs at a very affordable rate. She is personable and easy to talk to, I really enjoyed our interaction.Not only is she a pleasure, but also incredibly knowledgeable. Her interest in technology clearly contributes to her thorough approach.I was so impressed with my experience. I live in Toronto and I'm only disappointed that Amen isn't at my local Koodo!

Lawrence helped me out with a technical snag that I couldn’t get sorted online and sent me on my way a happy customer. Whatever you’re paying the guy give him more.

This review is to applaud how professional, and helpful Kevin T. of this Koodo location was. I wanted my tab charge changed due to the recent drop in price for the same model phone (within 6 days of purchase). The normal rep callback option was not available until 6am tomorrow (the deal ended today). He went above and beyond to make sure I got the new cheaper price by doing several calls through every channel he could think of. While waiting for calls back, he continued to be very responsive and professional as well. I would recommend his service to anyone.
