Kathleen is very professional and knowledgeable. She explains the process to ensure that you as the client are made comfortable. I have gone to others and always end-up being burned but Kathleen understood my sensitive skin and the level of heat required to remove the unwanted hair. I'd absolutely recommend Kathy to anyone who needs to get rid of unwanted hair. She's professional yet down to earth. Her in home business is clean and sanitary. Her prices are fair. She offers appts at hours that will work with anyone's schedule. Unwanted hairs aren't ideal... but she makes the experience of removing them easy and (almost) painless! ;) Don't hesitate and give her try!!

I have been going to Kingston Electrolysis for about 2.5 years now. I highly recommend going to see Kathleen. Prior to going to her, I had gone to another place for 2.5 years and my hair growth was the same if not worse. After a couple of months with Kathleen, I saw the difference by 100%. Yes, it takes a while but I am proof that it works! I have been going for the last year only for maintenance every 8 weeks. Kathleen is very professional and keeps herself up to date in the world of electrolysis. Go see her, you will not be disappointed.

I have been several times for electrolysis hair removal and have always had an amazing experience. Kathleen takes her time making sure every hair is removed from the area. I also bought the Phenomen-all Skin Repair cream by Alexandria Professional which has completely healed my ingrown hair scars - amazing since I've had them for years. Very grateful!

After years of suffering under a variety of treatments with no long term success she is the only technician that 100% took care of my concern while explaining and sharing her knowledge along the way.
