Pin stuck on smok nord 4 after 5 days of use. Came to the store asked for a different model but they insisted on exchanging for same model. Fast-forward a week later and pin is stuck again rendering the vape useless as it keeps saying no atomizer" . Trying to call the store numerous times but no one picks up."

I put in an order for a same day delivery. There was some confusion with the ordering and I did not receive my package. After some back and forth, I was able to get my money back which I was happy with. I’m sure this isn’t the norm, but it’s good to know that they will rectify the situation if there is a mistake along the way.
