I've only attended a few classes at Spartan Striking Academy so far yet I feel as though I've been going there for months. With a team so friendly, welcoming, and experienced I feel comfortable enough to be myself and learn without the fear of judgment. Learning self defense has been one of my goals for the longest time and I'm glad I chose to pursue it with Spartan Striking Academy!

I just started taking my daughter to Spartan Striking Academy and she absolutely loves it. The staff are knowledgeable and professional and have really helped her build confidence in a very short time. She is super excited to go and learns new skills with every class. I have always wanted to try martial arts as a way to change up my fitness routine. I chose to do a class at Spartan Striking Academy with my son and I loved it! The instructors were inviting, friendly and very helpful towards new and experienced members. They offer a variety of classes and times which can fit my schedule. I’m looking forward to continuing my workouts at Spartan Striking Academy!

I have trained martial arts on and off for about 10 years before deciding to get back into it about a year and a half ago. I started again at a different gym with the intent of getting back into shape, and exploring competition level training. I realized pretty quickly that the gym I was at is not meant for fighters, and that inevitably lead me to Spartan.I let one of the owners (Melissa) know where I was at in my training and what I was hoping to get out of her gym. Right away, she connected me with their trainers and gave me a rundown on who I needed to work with if I wanted to train with the fight team. You do not need to do much research to see the world class trainers Spartan has on their roster. From the training mats to the ring, it's obvious that Spartan invests in their fighters and will give you everything you need to prepare if you want to fight. I had the pleasure of viewing a fight event where Spartan had 10+ fighters on the card and got to see the ferocity, passion, and care that Kru Michael Fitzpatrick brought for every single one of his fighters.If you want to get into shape in a fun and welcoming environment, Spartan Striking is for you. My partner is someone who uses martial arts for fun and fitness, with zero intentions of stepping into the ring. She's followed me to several gyms and immediately felt comfortable at Spartan. In her words, Spartan has built a fighting and fitness community without feeling like a cult. There is a healthy level of members who are there for the fitness, and neither me, nor my partner, have witnessed anyone being pushed into the ring who didn't want to be in it.If you are a parent with children in need of an outlet for structure, fun, and an energy sap, Spartan Striking is for you. I knew this was the right gym to introduce my son to the sport the first day I saw their children's class. It's very clear from the instructions and culture that children are taught discipline, anti-bullying, and confidence.Many places tout being a family gym, but Spartan pays that ideal much more than just lip service. I've been to many martial arts gyms, and few have made me feel as invested as Spartan does. Their drive, commitment to knowing their members, and dedication to the art make this gym a standout. Awesome experience! Love how serious they are with the kiddies! Awesome environment friendly and professional. Seeing great improvements of my kid’s performance in just a couple of weeks.

I've been involved in Martial arts on and off for over 20+ years...training in various arts as well as teaching. All the coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, energetic and push you to strive for the best...within yourself. Quick, energetic, over-too-fast classes get the heart pounding, the blood pumping, and your whole body energized. SPARTAN STRIKING ACADEMY is the ULTIMATE fitness and training gym!!! Michael and his team of instructors and trainers are amazing, professional and an expert at their job. Not only do they provide an interactive learning environment that is comfortable, respectful and inclusive, the staff and facility at Spartan Striking Academy go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are reaching their fitness goals. I love that they promote a sense of community, belonging and a safe place to meet others that have similar interests and goals in fitness, learning martial arts and Muay Thai. It is a clean and spotless gym facility that operates so their returning clients can reach their life goals, not only physically but mentally as well! I love coming here as they are very flexible and supportive as I do enjoy challenging myself and learn new ways to build mental endurance. It is great to see young kids come in excited to learn Martial Arts as it teaches them strong discipline, self regulation and is a fun hobby to do! As a beginner, I usually attend Heemy's classes and he's great at providing group and personal training. Not only is he attentive, he listens and provides direct feedback on how I can improve. Keep up the amazing work Spartan Striking Academy team and I am so PROUD to say I am apart of the Spartan Striking Academy community!!! 1000% recommend!!!! You can tell they truly care about their buisness!

Had the opportunity to take the female only class this past weekend. It was my first time trying a kickboxing class and both Trish and Jenelle were great instructors! Would highly recommend if you are wanting to give it a try!

We started classes last October. At the same time, I also started a private training session with coach Michael. My son has improved a lot, not just physically but also mentally. We're happy with where we are now. The younger brother is very introverted and has started training here this month. Made new friends and he is very happy about his lesson. Registering was smooth, detail explanation. Great gym!
