We have been back several times now. They have good quality products at a fair price. We found them easy to deal with and absolutely no pressure. We will go back again for sure.

We were there to look some furniture and tables. They have some selections and choices but it seems prices are quite high and may not be like real liquidation store. I would say before going there it's good to make some price matches with other store to avoid wasting your money and travel time. The staff was very good and welcoming and assisted showing furniture.

I purchased a glass top dining table from this company called Furniture Decor in Brantford, Ontario. I had it delivered October 16th, 2014. Only having it for 18 days, the glass on the table just shattered in a million pieces. No one was near this table at the time thankfully. I was in such a state of shock of what had happened, I went to my next door neighbour and asked him to come and see. He couldn't believe what he had seen.I contacted the owner of the company the following day to tell him what had happened. He didn't seem to be to concerned at all about the situation. I asked him for a replacement or a refund and he said that would not be possible.Although this dining table was a floor model, there was no mention of final sale or no refunds at the time of the purchase and it is not on the sales slip. I told him that I have pictures and his response was that he didn't need pictures. I also mentioned to him that there is now scratches on the wood grain on the inside of the table from the glass falling through the opening at the top of the table and he said that there was nothing he could do about that. I also mentioned to Andy about one of the chairs that is now wobbly from the blow of the glass The only thing that he agreed to do was to replace the glass, but couldn't get it until he goes back to Toronto the following week. My way of thinking, if he wanted to have a satisfied customer he would have gone to Toronto or have some courier pick it up and have it delivered to me asap instead of waiting until his next visit to Toronto. I had even asked him where I would eat my meals in the meanwhile and his response was (that's not my problem mam).I received the new glass for the table November 11th. Andy came with another guy who was carrying the box with the glass in it. Andy just stood in the doorway and the other guy came in. I told Andy to come in and both of them just stood there. I showed Andy that one of the chairs was wobbly from being so much broken glass on it and the pressure that it took when the glass broke. Andy said that there was nothing wrong with the chair. Andy finally asked me if I wanted them to put the glass on the table. Pretty stupid question. The glass is very heavy and it took the 2 of them to put it on, so what would make him think I could do it myself. Now I have a damaged dining set that upsets me every time I look at it. I had friends over November 13th and the one friend pulled out the chair that I am referring to and she mentioned to me that it was wobbly. I will never deal with company ever again and I will tell anyone that I know not to purchase anything from them. I am so angry with the way I was treated as a customer. I have never met such a ignorant person in my life like Andy.I am very unsatisfied with this company and would not recommend it to anyone.

Refused to wear masks and pretty over pricedIt wasnt busy when we walked in, but when we asked if they could wear a mask both owners(Im assuming) acknowledged they should be wearing them but refused to wear them. The lady said it was because she was eating (which she can stop eating when customers walk in the door) and the man just refused to wear them.We took a quick look and saw that a recliner chair is still over 400$. Dont waste your time here.

Limited selection. Retail prices. Quality looked okay but brand names were not advertised with the merchandise. I cannot give them any recommendations as I did not and will not likely be purchasing from them.

When I ordered my living room pieces received helpful suggestions to get what I needed. The pricing is GREAT and they arrived exactly on time. The fact that all pieces were made right here in Ontario - even better. There was communication from start to finish and the delivery was prompt and courteous! Will definitely be back / recommend

The owner is always pleasant and give me a good deal.I know her since she was at the Eaton's center years ago.
