Undoubtedly Ottawa's best gym for anyone looking to improve their health. Equipment is top of the line, the place is always 10/10 clean and 24/7 access. Ownership has put in immense amount of thought into every aspect of the gym and it shows.

By far the best gym i’ve joined in the past 20yrs in the Ottawa/Gatineau region.

Nothing but amazing experiences here ! Been a member for going on 2.5 years and it is by far the best gym in Ottawa. The family like atmosphere, the top of the line equipment and people all willing to help each other get better cant be found anywhere else ! Been to multiple gyms in my life and will never switch it up. Also the gym owner treats each member like a friend of his own and is somebody I have gained a lot of respect for over the years!

You can expect from this nothing but great ambiance, great staff, amazing equipment, and a very clean and organized establishment. I came from Quebec city to try this one out and was not disappointed at all. If you are big into fitness, it is a must try.

I was visiting Ottawa for a wedding this past weekend and had the opportunity to stop by 613 Lift for a workout. The owner, Nicholas, was awesome and took the time to show me around the gym and get me set up for my workout. This place is amazing, easily the best gym I have ever been to! Looking forward to visiting again! Ottawa, you are lucky to have this gym in your city!

Amazing equipment, amazing environment, and amazing people. Top of the line equipment; lots of weights, specialized machines, and power racks. Awesome environment; bodybuilding friendly, non-discriminatory, and not intimidating. Everyone at 613Lift is extremally nice and encouraging. As a relatively new lifter, I have been given very helpful tips from others in a non-judgmental way. Also, the owner and staff are incredibly welcoming and actually take the time to meet you and make you feel a part of the community. Highly recommend this gym to anyone, whether you are a beginner or a experience lifter.

Owner and person at reception are both super chill and nice. They are very welcoming and gave me a thorough tour.Gym itself is insanely clean, organized and has everything you need go ham during a workout. All weights are placed back in their spots unlike other gyms where people act like 2 year olds. Quality equipment and pumped up atmostphere. Everyone is so fit and hard working here.Haven't been to the gym in 3 years so I am really out of shape so I am glad to have found this place. If you are serious about fitness, this has to be the place.

Throughout my hockey career, I've been to some of the nicest gyms all over North America. So this review doesn't come lightly.613 Lift is my favourite gym I've been to in my life. Everyone is focused on their own goals.- Like high-energy gyms- Being surrounded by some of the most dedicated people to health & wellness in Ottawa.- Like having 24/7 access to a top-tier facility.My favourite two things about the gym is:1. You are allowed to record content. As a content creator knowing I can whip my phone out to record without anyone telling me not to or judging me is nice.2. Motivating atmosphere. Visited 613 Lift while in Ottawa for business and was not disappointed. This facility has everything you need for bodybuilding, powerlifting, or Olympic lifting. The staff are really friendly and so are the patrons. Gym was clean and the vibe (and lighting) were perfect. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to train!
