I absolutely love this place. Everyone is welcoming and respectful to your specific needs/wants. I’ve tried other nail salons and they can’t compare to Polish Parlour. You guys are amazing and so very talented. Thank you for always making my experience a fun positive one.

The best in Burlington! Lynda and staff are personable and do an amazing job with my shellac designs and pedicures. Highly recommend this nail spa for any occasion and Lynda has an eye for detail and design. Very happy customer and have continued to come back to get my nails done for years.

I have been looking for a nail salon that is clean and had good reviews. I came in for my appointment had to wait over 20 mins to be seen. If I had walked in I expect to wait this length of time otherwise with a booked appointment it was upsetting to wait this length of time...that is why I booked an appointment, no apology was offered for the wait time. I was asked to sit at the table, where the nail tech started my nails, said I'll be back and went in the back to wax a client...waited another 10 mins(approx). Due to the lack of respect for my time I will not be coming back. My nail tech was nice and my nails looked okay. I wish that there was more respect for new clients vs old clients.

The nicest people work here and they do an excellent job! My nails are always amazing! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!

my favourite salon! My mom and sister also come here and we have never had a bad experience. We usually see a different tech each time and have never been disappointed

My second time coming here, Staffs are really friendly & professional. Especially Lynda always take her time to do my nails and designs

Staff are nice and friendly. Quality of mani pedi was good. However I don’t think I will go back there because it is not clean. Staff move from one client to next without washing hands. The salon itself could use cleaning. It’s a high risk business for spreading illness so sanitizing practices should be better.

My experience at this salon is not very exceptional. Booked Shellac nail and regular Pedi.Pedicure was completed in 15 mins very poorly as the photo attached. Actually Photo looks better than in person. Color applied unevenly. She was already serving another customer before she completed the service with me and i explained to her that color on my nail didnt apply evenly and she said it is because I did not put my hand under the machine correctly and she cannot do anything with that. Didn’t appreciate her attitude. So I told her to apply few more layers to cover and then thickness of my nail became uneven. She seems frustrated that I gave her feedback and it was not a pleasant experience.People seems very nice at Salon however quality of work did not meet my expectations - person named sue’s work was vert poorly done. Nail and Pedi both.Try not to book with person name Sue.Thank you for your reply, however if you have checked the camera, you know that my pedicure was done less than 15mins. I was seating there waiting for 5mins. and soaking my feet for 5mins. 1 hour 10mins in your store was including waiting time. Look at the work she did.Are you explaining that she did spend enough time for this kind of poor work?Wow, you just proved that Sue doesnt have good skillset to finish the work properly.It is quite a shame for your store to get the work done this poorly with even longer time.If this is how you run the business with dishonesty, i will never go back to your place.This kind of work is not acceptable and she just let me go because she already started next customer. I am very shocked that you are even allowing your technician to do this kind of work.

They really take their time and make your nails look absolutely perfect! Linda stayed late to help fix my broken nail and she really makes sure you get exactly what you’re looking for with such a kind attitude! Such a clean and fun environment too!
