Today is my first salon experience with Michelle and with Chatters. Michelle was recommended to me and she did not disappoint. From start to finish, I'm happy with the entire process. What an absolutely amazing place! I did not go in for any services but I did go in to purchase a leave-in treatment. I spoke to Laura before I went in and she asked relevant questions about the condition of my hair and put aside products for me to see later when I went in to the salon. Everyone I encountered when I made my way in was very personable and professional. I'm very happy with my purchase and I plan on buying all my hair products from this place going forward

I've gotten my haircut here several times by several different stylist and have had an incredible experience every time. The stylists are always friendly, kind and professional. They always take the time to make sure I'm happy and I love my hair when I leave.

I have been with Chatters trainyards for a least 5 years and I am very disappointed with my last appointment. Was charged 82$ (without tip) for a basic haircut that looks nothing similar to what I asked for. Now I will have to go to somewhere else to have it fixed. To add on to this bad experience, the hairdresser was rude and she was quite impatient as well.I had some great experience here before and even if it was a little on the pricier side, I do not mind because I got great service and great result. But this time it is really over priced and not worth it at all. Not only over charged but also treated with bad attitude.I've been with Chatters Trainyards since I moved to Ottawa but I will be looking for a different salon after this experience.

I’ve had a couple of bad haircuts here over the last year, two different stylists. Very cool and friendly people but I think my thick hair overwhelmed them both. I did have pictures of what I was requesting and I think they tried their best, unfortunately I believe using the flat iron and many hair products leaving the salon camouflaged a lot of the cut flaws. I would inquire first with the salon if there is a stylist that is expert with thick hair before making an appointment.
