Great food and cute place for a quick bite! Went here before catching a movie at the AMC, which was great because the service was fast!Arrancini and sandwiches were very good! Especially the fries with truffle mayo... So yummy. Just a little disappointed with the panzanella salad. Found the portion very small for 6.5$ and would prefer more focaccia croutons.Filled out a survey online and got a free coffee, which was really good.Would definitely go back!

Went for lunch while working downtown, it was crazy busy. If you go during peak time, expect a wait (10-15 min) but worth it. Ordered the sandwich of the month “Sangweech”. Highly recommend, had a nice spicy kick to it. Latte was also on point. I’ll have to get cookies to pastries next time because they looked delicious

I went to Parma cafe when they had an offer on their chicken sandwich (only 5$!)We enjoyed the sandwich on their outdoor patio with some appetizersThe sandwich is good, it comes with eggplant though, I removed it from my sandwich, not a big fan.But the sandwich is delicious and crispy (I would say order it with extra sauce, it’s a bit dry).Their fries are amazing; Super delicious with truffle mayo on the side!Their Aranancinis are really good as well,However, I got the caprese salad and it was very small, bland, and over priced.Overall it’s a good place and a great idea for a quick bite if you’re in downtown and in the mood for a chicken sandwich!

It was ok. I ordered the salad, which for 20$ I found to contain a lot of iceberg lettuce (cheap and non-nutritious). Lemon was fresh. The chicken was a bit dry. Girl at the counter was on her phone a lot.However, I like the vibe and inside of the cafe. Food was served quickly. It was peaceful and quiet. I think next time I would get it try something more standard, such as sandwich or sweets

Amazing latte with oat milk! Great little spot in downtown and a must for any coffee lover. Heard the sandwiches are great for lunch as well, I’ll try one next time.Walking distance to Concordia. So if you’re a student, it’s about a 2 minute walk.Check out Parma Café when in downtown!

One of my favorite cafes in Montreal! They give one of the best arancini you will ever have. And i am a fan of their Parma cappuccino having a hint of Bailey.

Great little cafe with personable service, good food options and great coffee. The owner (or the person whom I thought was the owner) was very friendly, the waitress there was also very courteous. We ordered sandwiches which were all good and included a generous amount of ingredients, though slightly on the expensive side. Try the fries if you're here for food, they're quite good. They have a range of coffee choices that will satisfy must bean heads as well, give them a shot! My only complaint is the small size, which could easily force you to take your food for takeout or sit at the bar. There were 4-5 tables, tops. Overall, happy I came here!

I had the best sandwich ever! The fries were also very nice and the staff was charming and very helpful by choosing the right sandwich because of their huge offer! I totally recommend it!
