From the time I arrived till I drove out with my new CX 5, it was only 80 minutes. That includes a test drive with James, car selection, negotiations, paperwork with Jennifer and ICBC insurance and pre-delivery walkthrough with James. James also drove me to the bank to get a cheque. That is a time record for me. Great people, great dealership.

First, would like to start off that i would 100% recommend this Mazda dealership over any other. Not only because it’s Mazda, but because everyone working there wants what is best for you. I honestly didn’t feel like just another shopper coming through the auto-mall.A big thanks to Serge, Kim, and Neil for assisting me with the purchase of my new Mazda 3 Sport GT. I already enjoy the car so much! Those three combined made my experience so awesome.Serge was so helpful at thoroughly explaining the features on the car I ended up buying and didn’t rush through any of it. He was also patient and I didn’t feel any pressure to make any decisions immediately. If you need someone to help you find the right car for you, Serge is the one that can do it.Overall, 10/10 experience and 100/10 service. It is definitely worth the longer drive for those in Richmond, if you’re interested in a Mazda.

I had the best experience in Midway MAZDA !I recently had leased a mazda cx 50 only to decide shortly after that i should have got the Turbo one ! NOT a problem at all ! Serge and the whole team -Neil and kim at finances made the exchange happen! So easy fast and efficient !Now i enjoy it and i am loving it ! New color is great too!I cant recommend them enough! Shopping at Midway Mazda is exactly what a car buying experience should be. James gave me all the information I needed to make an informed choice, with none of the pushiness or pressure. During delivery he walked me through each feature of the car, and introduced me to almost everyone in the dealership, all of whom were welcoming and friendly. The finance department deserves a special shout out too - they laid out my loan terms clearly, and upon purchase presented additional dealer options up front without trying to sneak them into the contract. Neither the sales nor finance team used high-pressure sales tactics. I would highly recommend shopping at Midway Mazda.

Not only did I receive fantastic service but an incredible deal that completely undercut the competitor in Langley.John and Jennifer were able to save me at least $12,000 when measured against an offer from their Mazda competitor. To say I was shocked is an understatement. Knowing how badly I was getting screwed at the other dealer made me understandably quite upset but wonderfully relieved at the same time seeing I was in good hands with people who value my time, money, loyalty, and patronage.John even went the extra mile via returning $26 I left in the car by sending me an e transfer of his *own* cash. If that’s not excellent service, I don’t know what is.All in all, I was incredibly satisfied and look forward to getting my cars from this dealership for quite some time. Thanks to James and all of the staff at Midway Mazda!The whole experience of buying our new Mazda 3 was very simple and we got the trim we requested in less than 2 months. They didn't try to oversell any options and the price was what we expected based on MSRP on the Canadian Mazda website. They were polite and there was zero pressure. James even went above and beyond, offering to let us test drive his personal vehicle as there were currently no similar models available on the lot for test driving due to the current vehicles shortages which are out of any brand's control.When our car arrived James took an hour of his time to go over how all of the systems worked, from the speakers/audio to the heads up display.
