My family have been after me for years to have my hearing checked. The first time I had it done, at another place about 3 yrs ago, they tried to push me to get a hearing aid, which I did not appreciate. So after coming to the conclusion that my hearing was getting worse, I spoke with my doctor who recommended I have my hearing tested with Puretone. From the moment I met Syed, he was very kind and extremely professional. He explained everything about the hearing test and was very patient with me. I felt very comfortable with the test and how he explained the results of the test. I didn’t hesitate at all this time. There was no pressure at all in selling a hearing aid. Syed simply explained which hearing aid would work best for me and then let me decide. I’m very happy with the service and attention I received from Syed. I would highly recommend him and the staff at Puretone. Thank you for making this process so comfortable for someone like me who was so hesitant to get a hearing aid. Excellent service and Syed really takes his time to explain the process and what's involved. He also made all the arrangements with the insurance company and had the pre-approval prior to my appointment ending.

Based on the many positive reviews, decided to book an appointment for a hearing test and consult to replace my old hearing aids that were no longer effective - so glad I did?As per so many other reviews, Syed was professional, extremely knowledgeable and very patient. He took the time to explain the hearing test results and my particular hearing challenges, options, new technologies available and he answered all our questions. When I decided on an option, he put 2 demo hearing aids on me and right away my wife and I could tell the difference - I could hear every word being spoken. We decided to move forward with the purchase and Syed let me keep the demo's till the new hearing aids arrived. Picked them up today and again, Syed did the setup, answered any questions we had and showed me how to maintain them.Thank you Syed - you've changed the quality of my life in being able to hear clearly again.Highly recommended!

Syed was very patient with myself while I gathered all the information I needed to make a informed decision on my first pair of hearing aids. Follow up visits for questions I had were in a timely fashion. The price was reasonable and the service from both Syed and his staff was exceptional.
