Delicious. Nice atmosphere, excellent service. We had the taboule salad, lamb burger, lamb samosas and falafel wrap - all very tasty. Lots of shade with big umbrellas.

When visiting the Aga Khan Museum take the time to enjoy Diwan’s excellent food and service. It was our first time eating there and we will be back. My partner had the Moroccan Eggplant Stew and I the Beef Kebab Wrap. Both were beautifully presented but most importantly, delicious. We also love the ambience and decor of the room which blends traditional and modern themes and motifs from the Islamic world.Hint; go on a Thursday evening. The museum is free at that time and that’s a treat as well.

The service here is superb but I would like to talk about the ffod mainly. The food is good don't get me wrong, I feel like they got to a comfortable menu and they have lost their touch. For example I ordered the SIGNATURE lamb shank and it was tasty but some part of the shank was dry and hard, that tells me that it was not fresh or someone forgot to check the bottom of the pot. Anyway I would say that it worth to visit this place but the food is more pleasing to look than to taste.

Good environment, good food, and great service. Went for lunch over the weekend and had an overall good experience. The food is tasty with colourful presentation. Onion bhaji never lets me down, also got the fries, fig salad, and falafel. For mains, we ordered a butter chicken and lamb shank. The flavour was good but the portions were a bit small. The dessert was the best part of the meal though! The chocolate mousse was standard but we ordered two of the firini desserts (rose water with pistachio pudding) which was AMAZING, it’s a must try!

Food often looks better than it tastes. For example, the onion bhajis were delicious, but the lamb samosas were very under-seasoned and the gravy for the paneer dish just tasted strange. We had a chicken dish in which the turmeric tasted raw but the rice was quite tasty. For the price, the food should be much more on point. Staff were very polite. If you're at the Aga Khan, this is an okay place to eat.

My partner and I came here during their winterlicious event. Everything we tried was delicious and the service was excellent, the food came out quickly. We got the coconut shrimp and beef borek for starters and for mains we got the butter chicken and kebab wrap. Desserts were chocolate mousse and a custard dessert. The atmosphere was different as the place was brightly lit and there was no music playing which felt a little odd for dinner

If you take flavors and culinary experiences seriously this place is for you. Great food, great service.Only thing I wish was different was the lighting and lack of some nice background music for dinner. Lighting was just all flooded and very bright (a tad bit awkward for evening romantic dinners), but thats just my OPINION.EVERYTHING WAS STILL GREAT THOUGH! Great staff and cocktails....wine reasonably priced for some pretty good vintage years. Will certainly go back to try chef Marks other dishes.

Restaurant within the Aga Khan museum. I was able to get a table for a late lunch during the week without reservations, but even then I think I got lucky. Vegan options seem pretty good. I had the eggplant stew with hummus instead of labneh, and got an order of the cantaloupe gazpacho to go. The stew was good and the gazpacho was a journey! I would have tried one of the unique-sounding drinks if I had more time and money to spend. The food came out fast and seemed high quality; service was good. Is it overpriced? Yes, probably a bit, but I enjoyed my experience and didn't feel ripped off at all.

Fantastic Service. Our host, Lucky, not the first time he has taken care of us, was once again exceptional. A courteous and cultured young man whose recommendations hit the right spot. The meal was delicious. Every mouthful was delightfully hints of different spices and flavours. The cucumber masala cocktail was refreshing. They certainly know how to mix their spices.

Attended recently on a Sunday for lunch. This is my second visit, initially visiting during summerlicious 2019. Ordered four fresh juices and four shareables. Didn’t care for the juices and the hummus was a bit salty but i otherwise enjoyed the food. Unfortunately they forgot our order of lamb, we waited but after finishing eating and at that point- ready for the bill- we asked them just to cancel it if it was ever even coming. It didn’t make sense to continue to wait. The server was nice but I can’t say service was great all things considered.
