Sara Khosravifard forced my friend and I to pay her under the table for a deal she did not close. This was not a cut of commission...it was an e-transfer that we felt forced to send so she would not further interrupt our search for a condominium. Very sad but very true.

I worked with Mary Padula and her assistant David. I found them to be over worked, unreachable and inconsistent. It seemed like they had poor knowledge of paperwork and forms as they were unfamiliar with standard practices when it came to loan procedures. They stated facts that were not true, such as a property being available when it was not. I had to do much of the leg work on my own and honestly I got more positive results then when working with Mary and David. It was nearly impossible to get a hold of them and when I did, I was told they were 'busy with other clients and would get back to me when they could which was often the next day. I am very disappointed with the service I got from Mary and David. I will not be returning as a client and would advise anyone else considering this office to do the same."

Worst agent Chanelle Duggal who is still today, after failing to sell my house, will not release the listing. Her owner/broker Gabriel Bianchi, supports her decision to hold my house hostage. I WILL NEVER USE RE MAX again because of this brokerage. Anyone else who comes across them, do your self a favour, run in the other direction. They are true grifters.

For anyone looking to rent or purchase a house from REMAX PREMIER agent Viet Nguyen from the Vaughan office, don't waste your time.He wants to do everything under the table, asks for first and last months rent provided to him in cash. If you ask him for more information, for example asking for the landlords name and number for confirmation. He will then begin to lash out. He also set up a meeting with us to meet the landlord, but forgot to mention that the landlords are currently out of the country and wouldnt actually be there.We tried calling the Vaughn Remax Premier office in which he stated he worked at, to ask if them about their rental procedures, and if this man is legitimate. They were very unprofessional with us and then asked us for his information to be able to contact him (They don't have their own agents contact information?).Due to the circumstances we decided it was best to move on, and withdraw our application.Viet Nguyen then proceeded to text us afterwards.
