I have used this store for years because I like to support the local businesses but after today I may be going back to the big box stores. I was dealing with a girl with long dark hair who told me she didn't want to waste her time helping me. Meanwhile I was the only customer in the store and there was 2 other employees doing nothing. Second time this girl has been rude to me. I suggest to the owner she take a customer services course before you lose more customers.

I can't say enough about the staff here! They were so helpful with questions I had and were incredibly friendly. Their experience and knowledge helped us create a fresh canvas in our space. This is Benjamin Moore's Chantilly Lace in an eggshell finish of their Regal Line. My wife and I are incredibly happy with the end results!

This review is long overdue. Over the past 25 years I've seen a lot of employees come and go but their customer service has always been top of the line. My questions are answered, the product knowledge is thorough and timing is efficient. The products I buy never let me down. Best place for all painting needs.

The staff are amazing! They are very knowledgeable about their products and were happy to answer my questions about what products are best suited for the project I was working on. I came back a few different times to pick up additional materials for my project and a few different staff assisted me throughout that time and they were all very helpful, informative and friendly. I will definitely be coming back for future projects!

I had a really good experience at this store. When I was after a paint chip that had been retired, the owner went out to his car and actually cut me one from his old fan-deck! I was floored. I never would've asked that, but he went above and beyond for me. When they didn't have the floor stain I was also after, he gave me some artist brushes that I needed for a separate project for free to make up for it. Not only did he not have to make up" for anything
