Good experience , theatres are huge with seating , seats need to be changed as started tearing up .

Our family had a great time watching my son's first cinema experience! We will definitely comeback to spend more time together here. We will try other movies and location too. Comfort room are clean and viewing experience is also great.

When there is only 6 people sitting in an Audi playing Fast X on a Wednesday afternoon, it feels like you own the place. That’s the theatre if you want to go there on a not so busy day.Has multiple auditoriums, movies for all major ethnic groups, seats available and comfortable and all that you can expect at a Cineplex.Book in advance on a Tuesday, tickets are half price and crowd will be there.

Big theatre. We went on a Monday to a late afternoon show. My only complaint is I am not a fan of the rocker seats. I prefer the older stationary style. Sound was great. We didn't have any concessions. I wish that there was a clear start to the previews (lights off, previews starting now notice) so that people don't just continue to talk through them.

It’s a good place to watch movies. This place is not that much crowded comparatively to other cinema places. I loved this place, even after watching movie, if you are hungry there are a lot of restaurants and bar nearby where you can eat delicious food.

Saw the Titanic 3D at Courtney Park. There’s ample amount of parking in the vicinity, you can’t drive up directly to the theatre there’s a round about fairly apart from the Cinema.The surrounding area is full of restaurants.Once inside, you do have to show your ticket to even get to the snacks.The 3D experience was good. The theatre was clean and so were the bathrooms.

BAD: Washrooms need to be detailed better. The fans had streaks and some of the toilets were very dirty.Saw evening show & none of the popcorn topping dispensers worked and were set to “out of order.” There were 4 dispensers there, so maybe they ran out of the topping?GOOD: Staff are mostly teenagers unsure of where extra items like ketchup and utensils are located. Some of the teens are very polite at the popcorn counter.Outtakes serves everything from hot dogs to pizza to Starbucks! The popcorn is not fresh during the last show (they have a lot already pre bagged) and it was cold :(BAD: None of the seats are recliners in this movie theatre, so it’s very basic. They should consider upgrading the theatre to be on par with Landmark Cinemas.BAD: Adult ticket cost $15.26 on weekend; Tall Chai Latte is $5.60; Large popcorn is $9.26 & was NOT fresh!GOOD: Hall 15 is huge and perfect for the action thriller the Sound of Freedom. Sleeper hit of the summer!

I've been going to this place for years. I live in Brampton but IMO it's worth the extra mileage to go to Courtneypark because the theater isn't located in the center of a suburb.If you go when it's big premieres, the theater is still generally comfortable without the overcrowding and rambunctious crowds that SilverCity brings.If you go on a weekday (especially near noon), it's absolutely quiet and lovely. The staff are always friendly and attentive. We even had a projector stop working and the management gave everyone 3 IMAX passes for future use.

I went to watch Devotion today.Cinema hall was literally empty only one couple and myself. 3 people for a 4:00pm show. Staff is helpful and friendly. This location is much better than the other crowded locations in Mississauga.Update on April 15, 2023I visited Cineplex cinema today for a 3:00pm show, and it was quite an experience. The lines at the popcorn stalls were huge, but I managed to get a regular popcorn bag with a regular drink. When I entered hall#1, I was surprised to see that there were only 4 or 5 people inside. It was practically empty.The seats in the cinema hall were not that comfortable, and it was challenging to sit through the entire movie. Also, the entrance door of the cinema hall was not automatic, which made it challenging for people whose hands were full.The washrooms, on the other hand, were clean and well-maintained. I was impressed with the level of cleanliness maintained in the facilities.In summary, my experience at Cineplex cinema was bittersweet. While the huge lines and the limited comfortability of the seats were a bit of a downer, the cleanliness of the washrooms was satisfactory. I would recommend the cinema to others, but with the caveat that they should be prepared for the long lineups and the discomfort of the seats.
