If you haven't tried Zen nails, you should, you won't be disappointed. The business is well run, clean, friendly and do an amazing job. Very disappointing and sloppy experience. Had a shellac mani and regular pedi. The pedicurist cut my toe so badly that it bled for 30Minutes and he had to stop the process. Ok, it was an accident. The manicurist left shellac all over my finger tips and skin around my nails. She didn’t clean it up before curing in the UV lights and then told me it would wash off— had to file it off at home on multiple fingers. She was so distracted that she only massaged one hand. Overall, it was not the relaxing treat I was expecting at all, and I will not return. They just didn’t seem to care about the process or the results.

Always a pleasant experience at the spa. Tammy was amazing! She did a thorough job on my nails are they look beautiful. She takes her time and pays very close attention to detail. Would highly recommend her for your next visit.

Amazing work from Benjamin. Loved how clean the place is. everybody is very professional and perfect nails. They lasted over 4 weeks extremely happy with the customer service and the finish results was astonishing! 10000% RECOMMEND!

Came here for a dip manicure with removal of an old set. Laura was amazing! So professional, gentle, and a made me feel extra comfortable especially since it was my first time visiting the salon. 100% recommend, you will NOT regret booking with Zen Nails and Spa.
