Wow- what can I say? I came in here for an unusual service (which was to help me solder my drain scope camera for our home inspection company). I knew I had went to the right place because the customer service on the phone was excellent and in person- even better! Jeff was wonderful and his staff very knowledgeable. Now, our drain scope Is like new and we saved $400 by taking it to iCare Repair! I will soon be taking my phones as these are a great group of talented guys! Thank you.

Just come here for all of your electronic needs. We don’t just go and get new phones from Verizon when our payment contract is up. We come here and replace the battery- which is the main reason most people trade in or simply retire their phones. I took my 8+ here and they replaced the battery which now makes it like a brand new phone, since there were no other issues with it.I also took my iPad here for with a severely shattered screen and iCare repaired it for about 1/4 of the cost of just replacing it! I'm so happy that I found this place because electronics are very expensive tools and we like to trytommaintain ours formats long as we can.

I have had terrible experiences at other repair shops, in contrast iCare was incredibly understanding of my circumstances and made extra efforts to make sure my screen was repaired in a very short time. The staff is personable and professional which made dealing with my phone issue very manageable.

This place was no good.Dont go here.I took a phone there after part was ordered. Ended up being the wrong part. Deliveries only happen twice a week. And apparently the second delivery didn't come in. They had my phone for a week before it got fixed. After it got fixed they didn't line the back up the right way and it ended up almost falling off. Had to go back up there and get it fixed again. All they could say was sorry. That doesn't seem very professional.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with ICare Repair in Brighton. I took my Apple Watch in to have the screen replaced as there was a crack in it. I only had it back for less than a week and it stopped working. Took it back for the warranty and because water leaked in (water proof watch for 4 years) they could not fix it nor will they warranty it or refund my $200.00 that I spent to have it repaired the first time. I was informed that they do not guarantee it to be water resistant after the repair however they did not tell me this till I picked up AFTER the damage happened and NOT when they repaired it. Had I known this beforehand I would NOT had it fixed.
