John at Cadillac gave us exceptional customer service I mean like this man was run off his feet at the end of the day and he still made time to explain every single feature and every single detail. My friend was very informed and knew exactly what to ask, and John exact new exactly what to answer it was an outstanding experience. The Cadillac that we drove floated on air it had so many features we never even got to experience them all. We were given unlimited time to just drive around and understand it and experience it which is an exceptional service given that Tesla and gives you 15 minutes. Cadillac dealership I have absolutely exceptional reviews for you because you are an outstanding and exceptional service provider thank you.

I’ve had nothing but a bad experience with dams ford. Brought my suv in with 60k on it for a serious high temperature stop safely issue. First time they said it was a sensor. Second time they deleted the error code and said it’s fine well it wasn’t of course. To keep it short it happened a third and believe it or not a fourth time. I would advice everyone to avoid this dealership. They seem to be completely and utterly incompetent. They’ve also been in the news lately for unscrupulous sales deals.

Went to this place to look at their F150 Lightning and as soon as we arrive we were greated by this very friendly and welcoming gentleman named Franco Cesar he took care of us on our visit and hooked us up with his manager who answered all our questions and concerns. They have all the vehicles we wanted to see on display and their display room was well organized and spacious. There is a waiting que for the lightning but we decided to fall in line just in case someone backout on their ordered etruck. Good place to go if you are in the market for any ford vehicle. I like this place.

I bought a ford explorer here and noticed some issues on the delivery date. Did notify the person involved with the sale and was told he'd have to check with the management and since then there has been no response.. absolutely ghosted. No replies, no updates whatsoever.The experience has left us with a bit of sourness. I thought we made a great choice by selecting damsford as our car dealer but I don't feel so now.

We now have three Lincoln vehicles in the family and I doubt they will be the last.After a less than stellar experience with Volkswagen across the street I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to work with these two. I experienced solid customer service with John and Kat. I called John to let him know I was coming and what I was looking for. Upon arrival he had keys and suggestions, along with the specific vehicle I was going to see. It was seamless.Highly recommend Kat and John. I wouldn't deal with anyone else.

I was looking for some info.on new cars and possibly a used one. and when I visited this Ford dealer near me. I was met with one of the nicest salespersons I've ever met nic ho was very welcoming. and nothing was too much .made my experience the best. I would highly recommend a visit to this dealer and meet NICK HO he will accommodate you.

Got F150. Was very nice experience with a very good trade in deal. Service department is easy to deal with too. Mr Bal in service department helped us a lot with installation of extras we got while making deal for new truck.

I recently visited dams Ford Lincoln for service for my 2005 mustang. I made an appointment ( there was a 2 week waiting list) on the day of my appointment I was notified via text message that all their technicians were absent that day and I needed to call and make another appointment. I had that week off from work so I asked for their next available date to diagnose my 2005 Mustang. Unfortunately the next available date was another 2 weeks away. I dropped my car off the evening before my appointment with a long letter of information of my issues. I was informed at the time they charge $180 per hour for all work. I asked for a diagnostic of my SJB ( smart junction box, why 3 of my instrument clusters weren’t working) a quote to repair my entry key lock mechanism, and why it’s running rough ( timing ?)After 4 days of them having my car in the shop I called them to check on the status. They told me my SJB checked out fine no comments on why my gauges weren’t working and wanted to charge me also for investigating repair to my entry lock ( I only asked for a quote, book value ) they eventually, after complaining, dropped the charge to investigate repairing my entry door lock ( they claimed they couldn’t repair as Ford doesn’t supply the clip anymore and suggested I go to a used auto wrecker.) my bill for them giving me no information or help was $222.22.I filed an ICBC claim for the vandalized lock and took my car to Preston Collision, unannounced, with no appointment, were they fixed my entry lock within an hour, free of charge.
