Unacceptable behavior as a Poolside employee made his own way into my home at 9am on a Monday.Startled by the commotion my housemate and I were bemused to see the employee had not just granted himself access but proceeded to pass through the hallway, past the kitchen and into our living room. Neither our landlord nor us order any service from Poolside and really would like an explanation!

Great sales and service! Our association has five townhomes with private hot tubs. We have purchased two Jacuzzi tubs from Poolside in the past four years and hired them to service all five of our hot tubs weekly for the past 2 years. Dave in sales is wonderful to work with, and Derek, Ken, and Mirka in service are great! Very communicative and responsive.

This is a very dishonest business, I encourage you to look elsewhere. Especially, for hot tub servicing. As we are from Vancouver, we employed this company to service our tub every 2 weeks to ensure it was in working order when we went up. Time and time again the hot tub was not working, there was often very little water and it was completely neglected. This lead to additional issues with our tub, particularly the pumps. I decided to install cameras and caught them lying about servicing my tub many times. Our relationship is now over and its very disheartening knowing you and your family (who never missed a payment) would be treated this way.Proceed with caution

Communication is terrible. I have been trying for weeks to get status on a repair. I have left messages for service and for management/owners and no reply. At this moment I do not know when my Hot Tub will be repaired. Interestingly they still bill me for the twice a month maintenance....??!! Poolside! get this fixed asap and have an manager call me and I will be happy to remove this review. I assume I will never hear back.

Great staff and the BEST Hot Tubs!! I would highly recommend Dave and the team at Poolside. They really care about their customers and their level of satisfaction. The Jacuzzi brand is really a superior product and I would recommend it for anyone that is looking for a hot tub!
