I was here to find a gift for my youngest daughters birthday.I didn't feel particularly noticed or cared about .. after about 15 mins of wandering around one of the two workers stocking shelves asked what I needed and told me they didn't carry what I wanted.About 10 more minutes and a second employee asked and when I told her that they didn't carry what I wanted she asked the first and they both told me they didn't carry what I wanted.On my way put the door after deciding that I was done I was stopped by the young woman at the till (Brie? I'm sorry I lost the receipt) she asked about who I was shopping for and if it was an occasion, she asked what skill level my daughter was at and the toys she already has, she reccomended things that are popular in store and things popular on social media.. she walked me around and gave me a level of customer service that every store owner should be proud to have in an employee... I immediately told my wife how happy I was after starting off on a less than great note.Nice save. I'll be back.

You can find stuff age appropriate and has variety. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Find it pricy though but good option to shop for kids

I recently visited Mastermind Toys for the first time. The person at the front was helpful and friendly. When it came time to checkout I was offered free gift wrap, which was a nice surprise. The soccer ball my 2 year old son picked out was in a bin filled with blue and pink soccer balls with three signs that said 60% off. When I went to pay I asked why the discount wasn’t applied and was told an employee put the discount signs on but shouldn’t have. It would have been nice if they would have honoured their mistake and then taken down the signs but I was refused the discount. The $12 off my $60 bill could have retained by business in the future.Edit: The gift I purchased happened to be the last one they had and it looked like the box was ripped open and taped on the bottom. I asked if it was a return and the woman working didn’t know. She told me she would give me a gift receipt so I could return it if there were any problems. I assumed the gift receipt was put on the box when wrapped. There was no gift receipt when it was opened and the toy was missing a part so it didn’t work.

Very helpful! I got my perfect gift for my friend and they wrapped it to perfection for free. The cashiers were very eccentric and happy which made the encounter even better. Recommend!

Last minute gift shopping. I know generally what kind of thing I want but no specifics. Helped immediately by the friendly staff who brought me straight to the section I needed and narrowed the choices to a manageable few. Giftwrapped beautifully for free and out the door in less than 10 minutes. Great experience.

What a cool store. I think they need a bigger store. Lots of toys and gift ideas. They even wrap your gifts for no cost. Awesome.

Would like to have left a zero. I was browsing and a very nice young woman was helping and answering my questions. BUT after she went back to the till her manager started berating her. I would never talk to one of my own employees that way. It was extremely uncomfortable to listen to. No effort from the manager to be discreet. Frankly I feel bad for not intervening. No one should yelled at, insulted and be treated that way.This happened in June. I went back to the store yesterday and I don’t know that anything has changed but that experience still upsets me.Please do better. That manager was awful. And don’t bother with a reply, I won’t be back

I have got this set Lego for my friend who cannot go shopping. This is X’mas gift for kids, I got promotion price which save some money.The most impressive thing is I need a bag to bring this gift back, that is what I asked. And they packed the box with nice and beautiful cover for free.This is amazing! I am not sure it is only for X’mas or as usual. They do provide gift pack up.Amazing toys store for kids.

Different selection than your average toy store. Also more expensive than your average toy store.
