This place used to be great, but the new management sucks. They do things illegally and expect you to just deal with it. Don't rent here. It is over priced garbage. Baseboard heating also gives you a hefty hydro bill in the winters. Everything was definitely built half assed...

I've been here for some time now and I have to say the management we have now are amazing, everything that needs to get done does. Unfortunately the useless management before left a lot of work to be done as they were completely idiodic and had no clue what to do. People didn't have locking doors or windows yet work orders are being completed as such and that apparently is the same issue as painting a hallway. Keep up the good work to the current management you guys rock.

We were Assistant managers at this place. We started Jan 2017 and gone by end of March. I never meant such ignorant narcissistic sociopath attitudes towards others. Melissia and Steve glad to hear they are gone. I hope they were fired. They were never in the office and lazy and uncaring attitude. What a nightmare. We have better positions now. Just had to post this.

The place has gone down hill in the last year want lots of money but the place is a pig hole been here for 6 years and it get worst every time they bring a new super in this one here do3s nothing but drives a tractor or walks around with a tool bag in his hand

Fare size maze of town houses I lived there yrs ago , they didnt keep it clean back then , not sure now .
