The service is terrible, I wasted at least half an hour for service. Only two people working and the staff continues talking. Kept saying I’ll be right with you but no service. Do not recommend this location.

The young red headed lady who assisted us was amazing. I'm telling you I felt like I was in a Disney movie because as she spoke to us she had this very unique personality about her that made you want to sing, I know weird right? But honestly she just made you smile, thank you for the excellent customer service, I love my earrings with the tiny bird charms we added to accessorize.

I contacted Dalhia over 1 month ago regarding a customer service issue .. I was promised a call back … still nothing .. being accused of stealing is not a nice feeling pandora from a very loyal customer.. spoke to Emma today again a very difficult conversation.. why do your district manager take no commitment to a customer issue .. why should I wait for a district manager to answer a very simple issue ?? Please ask Daliha to respond to messages so disappointed in this service you can check orders since my communication.. also I received a call from a direct number nothing received back yet again !! Come on Pandora

Have to give a big thank you to Dahlia at Mapleview Mall. That was the best customer service I've had in a long time. I had an issue with my bracelet she happily assisted me and corrected the problem. Jessica was wonderful as well. Actually the entire staff was great. I will definitely come back to this location for my future purchases. Keep up the great customer service and atmosphere ladies!!!!

Worst customer service. I was willing to wait for my turn as 2 customers were being served when I walked in. While I was waiting a sales person was going on break. I continued waiting when another lady walked in. Finally after a 40 minute wait a sales lady came free and asked who was next. I put up my hand and indicated that I was next, the other lady said she was next. The sales person ignored me and went the other lady as she said she knew exactly what she wanted. I was excited to purchase 2 charms for a grad, but I guess not at this location.

I wish I can give 0 starsI can’t believe this is 2023 in North America with this level of management!My question to the company: what criteria do you rely on to make a decision about the WRONG STORE MANAGER!You feel like you need to talk to the president or the queen, not a store managerDo you ask them to hide in the back room and act as if they are not to be seen !!!!!!!!!???

I called in advance to ask if they were cleaning the jewelry. I asked the girl not to leave the charms out, if she wasn't going to clean them right away. I returned some time later. The braclette is still not cleaned and it's sitting out on tthe counter. The service at this store has always been beyond sub par. Very frustrating I read previous reviews. The charms were put on upside-down down and backwards. I had to clean the braclette with a silver cloth when I got home. The silver cloth is now filthy. Oddly, the replies from the reviews are about bad customer service not being the norm or they pride themselves on it. Ironic since the level has never changed or improved. I question, short staffed or lack of care.

They get you excited about qualifying for a free gift ($95 Value), and then ultimately AFTER you purchase it they tell you they have none left and you don’t get it. Would have gone to another location if I knew this. Unfair to the customer….I guess they only care about their commissions. When you’re spending $200+ to receive a gift, being told you’re getting it, and then after you give them your money, they tell you they have none left….just wrong.

Had a great experience here.Was informed when I walked in that's someone would be there to help me soon.Grace took the time to go over options while I was looking for a gift and made good suggestions as well. Was very thankful for her help.
