Our experience with this service company was excellent. Our refrigerator had failed so we were faced with either replacing it or seeking repair. Living rurally, we were concerned that we could not get a reliable company to respond and thought any effort would be costly. We were pleasantly surprised. Our call was answered and service was arranged promptly for the next day. They confirmed the appointment and time via email. Shawn, the service technician, arrived on time, placed slippers over his boots, and proceeded to efficiently identify the problem. He checked to find the needed replacement was was readily available and informed us when the part arrived an appointment would be set up. Our fridge was working within 5 days. At all times, we received communication and what was promised, was delivered. Refreshing.Friendly staff from start to finish. Professional, competent, empathetic, efficient.Use them.

Appointment scheduling and follow up reminders were first class. Technician was very professional, Knowledgeable and was well-prepared with sliders to ensure he didn’t mark the floor, blankets to protect the floor when working on the dishwasher and left the work area spotless.
