Had a horrible experience with Yvonne the groomer. She didn’t even spend an hr on my dog and charged me $84.00. Upon getting home I noticed my dogs cut was butchered. As well as sores on her back. Very disappointed and disheartening. I wish groomers like this weren’t allowed.

Called twice, someone picked up and hung up the phone without saying anything. I called back and the girl who answered asked me to hold. As I held for a very long time, I listened long enough for her talk to customers, then book Ava’s appointment for her schnauzer, and then got hung up on again. By this time it was 5:00 and the store had closed, so no one picked up on my subsequent calls. This is the place I normally buy my dog food and other supplies until today.

Sad to see stores still selling birds, the most re-homed pets.Birds were stacked in very small cages. There was a cockatiel living in a very small cage that was trying hard to find somewhere to perch. It kept trying to perch on a mineral block with its face pressed against the bars or flying down to food dishes. There were some hanging toys which is good but the importance of having appropriate perches is so important for the health of their feet and they should always have somewhere to rest comfortably. It looked really stressed . Raising the height of the cage would also help so people could not loom over it so much. I wont be back but I hope Best West will one day get away from the selling of live animals.

There great and super friendly. My son's fish died within 2 days and it was because of the water but thankfully they held there end of the deal. By replacing the fish that died within the two day period. The store is extremely clean ,and is pet friendly. There also super nice and pack with everything that you could need to take care of any pet that your family has.

Bought fish tank all supplies etc..pumps filter everything new from them .bought 3 fish ...did everything they said ..brought back the pump and filter was faulty clerk even said so ..got no reimbursement..one fish died that night another next morning ..no reimbursement nothing ..just rude attitude..never please if you love pets do not go there ....

very helpful staff. and decent selection. i hope they expand in the future to have more live animals but over all i like it. i’d like to see some tree frogs and stuff and maybe a wider selection of birds they seem to have really cute cockatiels but are often sold out. this might have something to do with the recent change in location so they might still be working on getting back to normal but i love this shop.

I always enjoy going here. I find most of the staff very friendly and helpful there's a good selection of stuff for my fish and my birds so that always makes me happy.
