One of your liquor reps Jessica Mccaw is quite unprofessional. I felt extremely uncomfortable when she proposed my friends and I follow her onlyfans. If you want to sell yourself don’t do it on the job.

This location has really transformed itself. New light fixtures make it appealing (it looked like a back alley warehouse before). The product layout is now fantastic. They have the best craft beer selection in town. They carry all the great, local brands, such as White Sails, Cliffside and Wolf Brewery. You can buy singles or packs. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Great selection on beers, coolers, wines, and hardbar! Store is super organized, well lit, and the line ups never longer then a minute! Beer singles as low as $2.19! Sales on daily and they have products in stock I haven't even seen at any other stores. Staff and Managers are always friendly and helpful everytime I'm there. Best part is it's PET FRIENDLY. 5 *

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store looks much more organized and tidy than it did a few months ago. They must have gotten new management or something. Whatever it is, I love coming to this store even more so now. Keep it up!

The girl with the blue hair is such a nice person i sure hope she is treated well the other girl the taller one with dark hair has an absolutely miserable attitude and really doesn't seem to like people. After we spoke i almost left with no intention on ever coming back after such an uncomfortable interaction but the girl with the blue hair was so helpful and pleasant she makes exited to return and happy to tip

Native lady who works there needs to be fired. She is exceptionally rude to her fellow employees. Walked in on her swearing at a short man who works there infront of customers one day and then calling cashiers stupid on other days. Emailed twice... management obviously doesn't care. 0 stars of I could.

Amazing staff! They’re so helpful and always friendly! Plus the selection of beer and wine is great. Craft beer cooler is always stocked with lots of different option! Definitely my favourite liq store in Nanaimo !
