Trafalgar Village Dental | Dr. Nitin Kapoor

I have been with some professionals in this practice for many years, and some for only a mere decade....and that is a statement in itself. I have always been treated with respect, kindness and in a truly professional manner. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and current in all aspects of services and treatments, always giving their best with beautiful smiles, each and every visit. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Kapoor and his most wonderfully dedicated staff.

This office is superb! I tried several other dentists in Oakville to find this gem. They treat you like family, the girls at the desk are fun, charming, and so pleasant. Whenever I call they immediately know me, ask about what is new with me, genuinely care about their clients well -being as well as dental needs. The follow up is excellent, they are efficient and provide all around great service. The hygienists are fun and friendly and take the anxiety of a dental visit away. Dr. Kapoor is very gentle and calm.Best place ever!!!

I got referred to Dr.Kapoor by my childhood dentist when he retired 4 years ago. Ever since I was a patient of his I've have been very pleased and comfortable with each checkup and procedure I've done. Dr. Kapoor is very professional friendly and gentle when it comes to working on my teeth. I never feel nervous to go for a checkup or to ask him questions regarding my teeth. He takes his time to explain to you every concern or positive feedback he has after the checkup. His office is conveniently located in my home town and I referred my wife to him as well which she now goes to see Dr. Kapoor for regular checkup. We are both very happy with Trafalgar Village Dental.Thank you Dr. Kapoor and his staff for being very welcoming and friendly.

I had a dental emergency.I called the clinic they were fully booked due to Christmas but they accommodated me . Dr kumar was very polite & kind . He listened to my concern & treated me . His medical assistant was also v friendly & nice . Overall the whole environment was welcoming & friendly right from the receptionist to Doctor.

Best dental staff ever !! Came here for my dental cleaning, Liz at reception is super nice and friendly, I feel very welcomed throughout~And shout out to my hygienist Runi, she is amazing and helpful, I was bit nervous at first,but she made the whole experience easy , efficient and comfortable!! Highly recommend!

These people are always happy and friendly. The hygienist was very easy on cleaning my teeth. The Doc is a great guy, explains everything. I am very picky on who does what to me so I think I chose well. They always have me at ease when I go.

Liz at reception is so caring and kind she’s very helpful. The dentist and staff are gentle and care about you’re teeth, also the teeth cleaning is quick and efficient. My whole family comes here and would definitely recommend this Dentist office .

Great office! Great staff! Accomodating to the individual needs of their patients. I can never say no to Liz when she books me and my children's appointments because she is a lovely wonderful woman who has great interpersonal skills! The dentists I have had there, Dr. Kapoor and Dr. C, are considerate, not forceful, and seem to genuinely care about the experience and comfort level you have while you are in their chair. The Hygenists also take great care when cleaning your teeth and also ensure your experience is top tier. The assistants provide great... well assistance during your appointments. They have great humor and help to make an already scary situation a little more bearable! My last appointment was very scary for me as it was an extraction ( as well as two fillings but those don't scare me anymore because of the staff at this office) the Dr who extracted my tooth was Dr. C and she was amazing. She didnt force me. She didn't push me to do it. She gave me the choice to go through with it (I had been putting it off for probably at least 2 years I believe). It was a little complicated and had to come put in pieces as there was no longer any tooth surface and it was just roots that needed to come out. Side story time! When I was 10 I had to have a tooth extracted due to an abcess on one of my baby molars. The Dr at the time extracted my tooth with no anesthetic. It was horrible. I have been terrified since then. Anywho, Dr. C made sure I was properly frozen, made sure I had nitrous, and they booked me while the office was empty. It gave me option to have the radio switched to my preferred station and they even turned it up loud to help with my anxiety and fear while in the chair. Dr. C made sure to test that i was properly frozen, and regularly asked if I was feeling anything. I felt no pain, no pressure, and half way through the extraction I even stopped crying and stopped breathing rapidly because I felt nothing. Fillings are more irritating than the experience I had with my recent extraction. If you have anxiety towards dentists then try these guys. They are slowly helping me overcome mine.
