The best mechanic I have ever dealed with. I have always gotten my oil changed at Canadian Tire but now I am going to come here for all my car needs. The place offers an unparalleled customer service. Steven and mike are the one of the nicest people I have met. The guys go above and beyond with their services and use high quality parts for all the work they do.

I needed to urgently replace my worn out tires and I luckily found Mike Vales Auto Service. Steve was able to ship the specific tires I was looking for on the same day and also called me to come in to install them as soon as he received them. Mike and Steve have been doing basic maintenance (oil changes, tire changeovers, brake work, exhaust work) on our 2 vehicles for several years. Last week I had a more complicated issue and had to have my car towed to their shop after hours. They did a great job. Because it is a small shop (vs a place like Canadian Tire), sometimes it can take a couple days to get an appointment - but I keep coming back because they are honest, do good work and provide good customer service. Worth checking out if you are looking for a Scarborough mechanic.

Had a flat tire that needed to be fixed quickly and needed a quote for my brakes that are on their last legs. Saw the great reviews especially by other German car owners and decided to give them a call. Steve was able to accommodate me right away and have the tire fixed within 30-40mins. He also gave me a reasonable quote for brake servicing and took time to explain the breakdown. Will likely be taking my car here in the future! Really enjoyed my visit and appreciate this family owned business.
