Canwel is an unreliable distributor. I know this review won't have any impact on their business but maybe they'll try to make some improvements in their customer relations after this. They committed to a Friday delivery at my local lumber yard for decking materials but didn't bother to call the lumber yard to tell them it wasn't coming. I only found out when my local store called Canwell late Friday afternoon and was told that the materials weren't coming (after I had stopped in to find out where they were). The worst part is that they have the materials in stock, they just decided without informing their customer that they were not going to live up to their Friday commitment. The problem for me is that I had to make a bunch of arrangements including getting a trailer (which now has to be returned) amongst many other things because this is a remote installation. Thanks CanWel, you sure dropped the ball.
