Mrs. Bell's Tea Room

My friend and I reserved a table for 11am on a Friday. We were the only customers and it was great. Even if it was full of people, there is plenty of space.You can't park directly at the venue, however they is plenty of parking nearby. There are a few steps to walk up, so not accessable for wheelchairs.I loved all of the furnishings and different tea cups and saucers. She was happy to tell us where she found them. The Hostess, Mrs. Bell, was very attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and our Afternoon Tea Experience. The desserts were made by The Dutch Market and presented beautifully on our tiered trays.*We could have used a bit more clotted cream and jam for our scones, but that is just being picky.*The Green Room and the washroom could use one more coat of paint, as it looked a bit thin, but again just an observation and it won't stop me from going back again.

A delicious experience at a good price point! I came as a surprise gift from a family member and it was wonderful! The finger sandwiches are standard afternoon tea, but the desserts rivaled some of the fancier afternoon teas that I've been to. I can't wait to return! A fun bonus are the vintage hats!

Had a wonderful tea party with my kids. Mrs Bell was delightful, sang a song with the kids and ensured everything was perfect. Food was delicious and served on vintage pieces. She also had the option of lemonade or hot chocolate (served in smaller tea pots) for the kids.

Lovely atmosphere. The owner is friendly and takes great care of her customers. The tea and scones were delicious
