No wonder Gap is struggling to boost sale. This location has absolutely the worst customer service, especially the Manager on duty. Leaving the all the customer waiting at the checkout counter for 20 mins without a sign on a Closed till. Very poor management and communication skills. Lier and racist. Refuse to provide a regional manager contact number for complaining. Don't complain or the manager will call security guard. Never go back again.

If I could give this store at West Edmonton mall 0 stars, I would. I went to this store on a weekday to purchase a winter jacket for my baby. I found the right size on the floor. However, I didn't like the seam on the jacket( it was looking like it started to fall apart) and I asked a young sale's associate if they have the same one but not the floor model. She told me they have 10. I asked them if they can bring for me. She said that her manager would bring. I was waiting another 5-10 minutes and after the older sales associate gave me the another( how I thought) jacket. I started to check the jacket, but it was the same one which was before on the floor. I told that the older sale's associate, why are you giving me the same jacket. She started to blame me, that all the seams on other jacket are the same. I have been working here 25 years and never had any returns. Are you kidding me? I am the customer, I am paying money, the store is not busy, and you have 10 of them. And you are so lazy that you don't want to bring for me another jacket? I was so disappointed whole day. I worked at the retail store myself. I know, the customer is always a priority. I was running hundreds if time to the back to check and bring stuff for my customers, even when we were busy. I understand that that lady doesn't get any commission and she wants to have a relaxed job without running somewhere. My advice to management, hire more open, and customer orientated sale's associate.

Good clearance item... plus you get 40% of on top everything....ht is good savings

Best gap store in Edmonton hands down.I walked in here looking for jeans during Xmas holiday a lovely sales associate came up to me and ask me what size do I wear. she grabbed 3 pairs of jeans off the SALE rack. I tried them on & to my surprise I loved them all.There was another time with a difference associate I called in told her I was looking for low stride jeans. She said they don’t have nothing there, However she said they have some clearance ones online and I could order it - for only $20, so I went in to the store & did exactly that. I always have the best & pleasant experience here, they’re always striving to help and save you money. - keep up the great work!! :)

Excellent place in sale days. Lots of inventory compared to other kids clothing stores.

Great new location in the mall since it is now connected to the adults store. Lots of selection for everything kids.

Lovely customer service! The ladies working there were very helpful and kind, and gave us all of the information we needed when my size in an item was out of stock in store. Ended up ordering online, but I would've been happy to purchase at this location!

The basics... get it here , quality and style but you need a bigger size run in medium or large ... in mens wear there is always a pile of small (?)

Got some clothes with an employee at my side telling me what looks good on me in what doesn’t. Wore the clothes to school and had people giving me looks, very impressed.
