Best decision I’ve made. Working with Freeman helps me make sound decisions about my life in respect to my future goals. It’s so refreshing to have a positive mindset to bounce ideas off of. I love that his support is untainted by a self imposed agenda. He feels like a true friend, dad, and brother all rolled into one, making him a perfect coach. His expertise and kindness have brought real value to my life so much so that I would never want to be without it going forward.

I’d like to give this guy zero stars. Although I signed up looking for resume and job help, he didn’t know that I have a masters degree in entrepreneurship. He blew me off completely and we’re at 20 minutes past the scheduled zoom call. Most of us know that, when prospecting for clients (especially at 15 minute intervals) you show up in a reasonable time, give your deliverables and get out. This guy couldn’t even bother to show.I know I needed help, and with the title “Career Coach” I figured it would be worth hearing what he would say. Obviously, he can’t truly consider his clientele and shouldn’t be considering.**EDIT— we’re at 22 minutes now and still a no show and no notification.

Free started off as my GM but turned into one of the biggest coaches in my life. When I met him I was a young girl chasing my dreams with no actual guidance or actual plan I just knew I had to get started somewhere… When I started Verizon I just graduated from Esthetician school and was not sure how I wanted to start off my business. He helped me to create my business plan , get my llc and even taught me how to market my business correctly. After putting everything I learned into motion and really dedicating to my plan I can now say I have been running my business for one year uninterrupted and I finally have a work life balance. Free is not going to tell you what you want to hear but he will for sure help supply you with the necessary coaching to achieve whatever goals you have in life big or small. He helped me turn a 5 year game plan into 1 and I can’t thank him enough ! Taking a course with Free will do more than help you accomplish your goals it will help you change your mindset to maintain a better future.

I just received my certificate in life coaching. And I didn’t know where to start. So I went to him with my questions and concerns. And he gave me the best advice I needed to hear. And he asked me some questions I didn’t see coming. Thanks to him. I now know what I have to do. I strongly recommend him.

Michael Freeman is an amazing coach, inspirer, and advocate. When I was angry and bitter at the world and my circumstances, Mike took me under his wing and helped me immensely. He is the only coach that I have met that genuinely cares about people- other than himself. He stood by my side and helped me with certain things to the point where I said “go away, watch what I can do!” I was so impressed with myself. Despite my resistance and bad attitude, Mike never let up and was there through thick and thin. Even though it has been almost 4 years I still tell colleagues and friends of his impact on my life. If you are looking for a change, Mike is the man to help. I am a better person with motivation and passion due to his guidance - I could not recommend someone more!

When I first started working with Michael Freeman he was a manager of a different location. He was in charge of a program that taught us how to sell better and how to have confidence in what we were selling. These trainings went on for a few months before Mr Freeman became our manager. This is truly when he was able to give us his first hand teachings and not just in a class setting monthly. Mr Freeman teaches group accountability, personal accountability, teamwork, open communication, and he allows his team to critique his teachings without holding grudges or taking it personal. He’s definitely a manager that I will definitely model my teachings after if I were to leave this company anytime soon. He’s a great role model for us and he’s definitely one of if not the best managers and teachers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working for and learning from. You can take that statement to the bank. The best!

In having just regular conversations with Coach Free, you will leave the conversation with a feeling of being coached! He always offers such great words and hard truths and really gets people thinking outside of their comfort zone. His success in coaching is not surprising, he knows just what to say to help you! Highly recommend him!

Michael has worked with me for 4 years on personal and professional growth. During this time time he has created a personal coaching program that you work together to build. Michael does this by “seeking to understand”. This means it’s completely up to you. He helps build this by asking questions to make you truly think and come up with something that will allow you to be your best and most successful self. The personal coaching sessions are beyond helpful. They are a week by week conversations based on situations you have have come across throughout the previous week, you talk through it then Michael “seeks to understand”. He questions and challenges you on how the situation could be improved for better or worse. This allows you to see things from all points of view and make decisions based on experience. Mike has been such a huge impact on my life and career.

We don't have all the answers, and sometimes we need a coach to redirect our focus! Michael did an excellent job asking me the right questions, to bring to light the right strategies I needed to focus on for 2023! I recommend you make Michael your Life Coach!
