We have an old Weil-Mclain boiler (GV-4), and honestly I didn't have a lot of hope that a local business would be able to help us quickly. I was very wrong! A technician was scheduled the same day we called, and he arrived within a few hours as we were quoted. That alone was impressive. The technician, Tom, was very polite and matter of fact. The most surprising thing was that he had ALL the replacement parts in his truck, AND he was able to stay and install them immediately. I'm very thankful for everything, and will definitely recommend Albert Heating & Cooling to anyone.

Super great company. The office ladies were very helpful and nice. The men that came were honest and hard working. I left them alone in the home to do the work. The furnace works great and looks good. I recommend Albert's for all your heating needs.

I was hesitant to call when I had an issue because I don’t know anything about thermostats or furnaces and someone could’ve easily have ripped me off but they were more than helpful and actually saved me money by troubleshooting over the phone. Wow! I can't say enough good about these guys! Woke up New Years eve smelling some sort of foul chemically smell coming from the furnace at about 6am. Panicked, thought it could be something serious and called right away, picked up super quick and had a tech out to us in under an hour! Tech shows up notices the smell and starts his assessment, we later found the culprit was most likely a refrigerant leak coming from a dehumidifier but he still took the time to go very thoroughly through the system and run it through the paces. Was very patient and helpful with any questions I or my wife had during the furnace check up" and was willing to give me a crash course on what to look for and what certain elements usually go bad on our furnace. To boot Nate was a hell of a nice guy and really a pleasure to chat with.Can not recommend enough! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!"
